I did the Manly ferry trip when I came home from Canada in '22. Walked down the Corso to the beach, walked along the boardwalk, had coffee and meat pie. I was in heaven! Thanks for taking me there again, Stevo
Hey Glenda, thanks so much for the comment. really appreciate it. and the SUB!!!
The serenade of the seas made a visit in Sydney that day as part of the world cruise

Thanks Nicole. It was lovely
Was thinking the same about central station. Looks so different. I haven't been there in around 10 years. Looks much more modern now. Sydney Harbour has always been one of my favourite places , so beautiful 😊
It’s an incredible place!!! Thanks for watching!!!!
@@stevosadventures look forward to future videos/adventures.🫠 I'll also sub on my main account.
2 important public residences at Kirribilli. The first is Admiralty House, which is the Sydney residence of the Governor-General. It's the large, double-storied house with the large verandahs surrounding it. It looks straight across the Harbour to Circular Quay. Next door to that and right on the point is Kirribilli House, where the Prime Minister lives in Sydney. It has views south to the city and Botanical Gardens and east to the suburbs either side. As an aside - years and years ago, the parents of a girl I knew lived over the road from Kirribilli House. There was some grand occasion - fireworks over the Harbour and so forth. Along with others, we went up to the roof garden to watch - and had a view of John Gorton, then the Prime Minister as he enjoyed the evening.
What a fantastic story. Thanks so much. Love the harbour.
@@stevosadventures I suspect that you don'y know who Gorton was, nor his reputation.....
@@doubledee9675 I don’t but I will google it
@@stevosadventures John Grey Gorton, a sometime Prime Minister for Australia, and (like Whitlam) one with a solid services career in WW II, is a start.
Made me miss Sydney... Nice vlog bro. 👍👍
Thank you 🙌
The two aircraft carrier looking ships are the LHDs Adelaide and the Canberra
Hey Robert, thanks so much for letting me know. Kinda come up too quickly to research them. Appreciate you watching
Central station has scrubbed up pretty well after all that refurbishment.
It’s looks great my friend. Can’t wait to explore Martin place . Apparently that’s incredible now. Thanks for watching
Sorry to be picky, but Sydney Harbour, officially called Port Jackson, empties into the Tasman Sea. As a teen in the late 80s, and early 90s, I seem to recall a small amusement park at Manly Wharf, it had small indoor rides, and old school amusements, according to Wikipedia it closed in 1989. It was replaced by an amusement centre in 1990-2000. Good times, though I only visited a few times.
Oh thanks for the pick up. Thanks for watching too
Light rail runs from Central to Circular Quay
It does, public transport in Sydney is great. Thx for watching
Is it possible you could in future hold your camera up to your eye level? It's just that we get a lot of sky shots when we'd really rather see the environment around you.
Thanks bloke. It’s kinda my first one. I’m rather mindful of holding a camera out in people’s faces
@@stevosadventures Don't let it bother you. It's the quality of the shots that counts, not what people think who are around you.
beautiful ❤
You're so handsome
😳 ✌️
This guy looks really mean but sounds like a nice guy.
Hahaha thanks so much , I think
