- I updated the Geometry Dash Nine Circles all rated levels spreadsheet to include the levels that were missing from the Nine Circles Wikipedia page, and it turns I had a missed A LOT. I cleaned up all the non-demon rated levels in this vid, which turned out to be 20 levels.

three things.
1) there's a shortcut in megahack to turn vsync on and off so that you don't have to exit to the menu every single time
2) for old buggy auto levels there's nothing wrong with playing them in noclip so that the bugs don't get to you, because they are supposed to be auto anyway

Not exactly. The wave needs to start at a major point in the song (usually the drop). If a level has a NC wave at some random point in the level that lasts only for a couple seconds (e.g. BuTiTi II), it shouldn't be considered as a proper Nine Circles level.

Yeah, I wrote that description because that tight jumps don't work as intended in some cases (I'm on a 60Hz PC and, for example, it works) but like I'm afraid that in 144Hz you die and maybe even on mobile, I don't know honestly

I think you should check out Figures Overdrive, that would be awesome, it's like easy demon difficulty and it's pure Nine Circles. I updated it in 2020. Thank you for the content, i just love seeing different Nine Circles Levels.

Tbh it’s tough because no one really has authority to claim if a level is officially a Circles level or not. The actually name of that effect is called a pulse, and just because Nine Circles is known for its special pulse effect, doesn’t mean every level with pulse is Nine Circles lol. Because of that I think it’s fine to make up your own definition. For me, a Circles level would be a level that was created with the intention/inspiration of being like Nine Circles, whose main focus is the “Circles” part. For examples, levels like Ultimate Demon Mix (and I think Idols) that have short Nine Circles parts don’t count to me because it’s not the main focus of the level, even though it was a deliberately designed Circles part. Those levels in the beginning wouldn’t count to me either because again, it uses the pulse effect but that’s such a common light effect you can find it in Microsoft Word lol.
TL;DR Define “Circles” levels in whatever way you want, within reason. If it’s good enough for you, it’s good enough for us.
I guess the type of effect used in NC levels had to become more and more diverse as the series evolved. The classic Circles levels like Fairydust and Jawbreaker all use identical effects, but after they became too common, it became harder and harder to get a classic-style NC level rated. Creators had to introduce something new to the trend if they wanted their level rated, such as Ultra Paracosm and Nine Circles XII. Eventually, any level with a wave effect that kinda resembled the classic effect would be considered a proper Circles level, and the boundaries for the trend became more and more vague.
As well as this, old levels that wouldn't have originally been considered NC became recognised as an actual Circles level. Take "Beginning of Colours" for example. It has an effect that is almost identical to a level like Ultimate Circles. In 1.9, a level like Beginning of Colours absolutely wouldn't have been considered a circles level, but now it's officially on the GD Fan Wiki list.
The longer he takes the more levels he has to clear. He has to beat Biden circles too now
Btw the list is not necessarily complete. It's possible that some of the levels were missed in the making of the list. I myself added Super Epileptic to the list just a few days ago since I came across it while grinding 3* levels.

Surprisingly, the wave part in Beginning of Colours might have actually been made before Nine Circles.
The earliest video I could find of the level (not to mention with the wave parts) was made December 16, 2014. The verification of Nine Circles happened January 17, 2015. Both were a month apart.
I don't know about Drug Style, but Colorland was December 23, 2014

There’s a 7 star levels called rob top circles… you should play that too
So based off most of the levels, Butiti II should be considered a NC level because of a small part.
