Everybody is excited about this ... except for consumers.
Actually, no. The opposite is true. EV sales have been increasing year over year in Canada. This economic downturn may have an effect on EV sales, but ICE cars as well.
Yea nobody want's what they selling. They can keep electric garabage. Electric cars are junk!
EV demand is dwindling
EV’s are junk. Nobody wants them and this will end up a massive waste of money
Yep $30k batteries with a rating just beyond the warranty of the vehicle means a $70k vehicle is worthless after warranty. Lease or stay away entirely.
EV's will end up like every other Trudolf's policies.
A complete Fiasco
These will been seen as bad bets for various reasons
It’s not the government’s job to insulate and protect failing industries.
Logically you would have lithium mines and rare earth cobalt mines here either in Canada or USA before you open ev vehicle production plants and battery plants. But no, we cant do that because it would controvene our idiotic ways of putting the cart in front of the horse.
All the charging stations I drive by lately are dead empty
So all those 789,000 EV owners in Canada just disappeared into thin air? LOL!
For some reason the company who’s best at making EVs is nowhere to be seen in all this.
I wonder why Canada is hiring foreign workers, instead of domestic ones.
did they change the host to Mike? Thought it was vassy
