- April 20, 1982 - First off, we've got standout rookie Albert King, younger brother of all-star Bernard King, throwing down a tomahawk dunk during Game 1 of his team's first round best-of-three against the Washington Bullets. But as a bit of a bonus, we're also blessed with Phil Jackson on color commentator duties. Jackson's final NBA season as a player came in 1980 as a member of the New Jersey Nets, where he presumably slid into the broadcast booth before moving into coaching full time.

My son watching with me: what’s so cool about that?
Me: absolutely nothing!!
Why not give us the full games?
THAT'S SOMETHING MICHAEL JORDAN WOULD DO BUT EVEN BETTER ANYWAY. 👍👌
Blue has never seen MJ dunk on Laimbeer from that same exact area
@@seagull2175JUST AS I STATED EVEN BETTER. 👍👌

When Michael Jordan came out, one of the biggest knock’s on him were, ‘What makes him different from Albert King’. A very stupid assessment but Clyde Drexler was compared to Greg Kelser pre-draft. Some people compared LeBron to Darius Miles before the 2003 draft.
