Hi Beth,
Yes, Bold Subscriptions is available in the Philippines. However, as Bold Subscriptions is integrated with the Shopify Checkout, you must use a payment gateway available in the Philippines as well. As per now, Paypal Express would be your only option.

Well I have a problem. Im trying to offer a free product for my business when suscribe (Buy X, get Y) but it doesnt give you the opportunity to do it.
