@@thetruelad9727 Miscellaneousaurus only protects your DINOSAUR monsters from ACTIVATED EFFECTS during the MAIN PHASE you activated it. It's NOT protection for all your monsters for a full turn.
Almost as impressive as The Gaskins kid who got top 64 at Nats with misc at 1 during gouki format 😵💫

This deck is freaking FIRE and the cool thing about the first combo is that, if you don't care about follow up, you could use Petite rather than Baby for Giganto to summon Pankra OR, if you play it, add Doodle Tyranno rather than UCT so you have one more interruption.
p.s. I'm still sad for Xeno Meteorus tho, but I appreciate you've finally realized/admitted there's no sense in producing exaggerated boards just to show how cool your deck is lol

Sam your crazy the lv 6 xeno Dino tuner is crucial it’s a must play at 2 for sure not playing it is crazy and the scrap engine in itself is a brick
Scrap raptor with lost world is a full combo. So only the chimera is a brick.
That big issue with mentioned combo because of nibiru is sooo symbolic with dinos 🤣🤣🤣
All in all, great deck and great analysis!
I think Megazowler/Sabersaurus might be better vanillas over Megalosmasher and Frostasaurus. The attack points really arent going to matter all that often, its probably better just being able to summon them under Gozen Match. Really looking forward to seeing how you do at Nats, loved the list.

So I use Tomozaurus so I can go into Draco berserker off of the effect since it is a Wyrm and isn’t stopped by Xeno Meteorus

25:47 probably important to mention you cannot reborn that Tyranno with ovi because it was summoned with pill, you can only reborn it if it were summoned with it's own effect.

I like one of the lv6. You're only locked if you use it's effect. If I see it, usually end on Baronne, Savage, UTC, and apo. But yes, dies to DRNM

Hey TeamSam, love your videos . There's assault synchron and the new synchron support in July. I hope you make a new synchron deck profile
I personally think its a mistake to not run the new level 6. Its a chain blocker for the first baby which is extremely powerful, and extender, grabs you the normal u need, and can allow for easy acess into barron de fleur (or tzolkin + crystal wing syncro dragon for people not wanting to have a negative bank account). Its really good, personally running it at 3, tho it could be cut to 2 tbh
I find 2 Meteorus to 3 Ground Xeno to be a good ratio. You don’t want to open Meteorus too much but it’s still great to to have in your opening hand. I do agree that it chainblocks Ash and not many people realize that Meteorus triggers from any card destruction, not just Dinos

@@pkmnlover3812 u can use frostosaurous and Xeno Meteorus to make ultima tzlokin, set the Evo pill to trigger zlkin and special crystal wing syncro dragon, and activate the pill afterward and continue from there
That's what I was thinking as well. It's almost criminal to leave out Xeno Meteorus and the chance for Baronne and Chengying.

I can chain Meteorus to the destruction of baby before my opponent can react/chain to the destruction of baby?

Only thing i would add is the dino kaiju, since that helps with the Kashtira match up and is searchable with ovi
i love this deck concept, however I dont believe its the better version than the level 6 variant. Here are a few reasons why: 1) This verson of the deck doesnt play around impermanence or veiler unless you strictly draw into misc. 2) Drawing into the normal monster/s isnt a brick with the level 6. 3) you dont lose to nibiru using the level six, watch the cali effect deck profile video for more information. 4) the end board is much bigger and more effective leading you to a omi negate plus any of the swordsoul level ten, also mention you have monster negates from dolka anyways. you would technically not lose to evenly matched, putting yourself in a better situation. 5) youll have followup anyways whether you play the level 6 or not. other than those points, i love your deck profile videos and it is great seeing you with actual cards again.

Three problems i have with the deck. It doesn't play around impermanence or veiler, at least at the surface. I'd imagine that the rest of the cards in hand could help (because it's only 2 card combos) but I can't think of anything that protects the plays except a great hand with misc. Another issue i have is Ash blossom, which can be used on baby to completely stop everything. Ordinarily as a dino player I just bait it out with other search cards, but if a good player knew to hold it, there wouldn't be much stopping it. The third issue is droll and lock, which stops everything as well, and you can only react after. The only counter I know for this is by playing meteorus, which can pop (with locks) baby to continue the combo except without getting the search for pill. Do you have any recommendations on fixes for these, including smart plays like holding cards or baiting, or putting cards in deck for good protection? The worst part I feel, about being a dino player, is that we tend to have weak card advantage because of the bricks and how glass cannon the combos are, meaning that the third and fourth card in hand is likely a brick (or "part" of the combo) and the last card is the only thing to work with. An extra thing I noticed with ground xeno combos: you burn out resources from your deck so all you have is MAYBE one baby in deck, and only one UCT and a level 4 left, so that your follow up is not strong. I'm not expecting any concrete solutions of course, but I'd like to know how to better my play in that regard. Thanks for showing me the anti nibiru combo, because I've actually been looking for something like that.

No youtuber really knows how the deck can perform in a competitive environment. Everybody is misinforming about how to pley the deck correctly. The build in dino si SO IMPORTANT because you need to consider many games and not a single game in a tournament. Since No More is played a lot even in main decks because of kashtira, doing a "huge" board doesn't care. Even a dolkka and tyranno can be a safer thing if you had a bit of follow up (ovi, unused misc, pill or even lithosagym with baby). Xeno is really good because having access to baronne helps you in going 1st or 2nd at the same way. Scrap are relative because you dont wanna really draw them (that's because I only play 1 raptor because I use it for a synchro). Seems strange but deck can play around droll if you know what to add first: i.e. : Have ovi and fossil plus prosp; use first fossil to add misc then if you get drolled, you can use ovi to send rex and plus misc you summon petite; rex is ss by its eff so you have 2 lv4 to xyz into dolkka then in ep petit explodes and ss pankratops. I'm glad there's somebody interested in the deck in a competitive way :) .

i would love to see an ancient gear deck profil from you. It is one of my favrit decks together with dinos and heros. Eventually Earthbound comes to this to with the new cards

All I wish from the bottom of my heart when it comes to your deck profiles is a list of the cards, or a TCGPlayer link or something, cause decyphering list on mobile is so tedious and exhausting lol
Hey Sam, love the vids! Just had a info filler. At 15:22, Cross sheeps effect activates when the monster is SUMMONED the the zone it points to, not beforehand. Ex: go into cross sheep then Fusion summon to where sheep points to, THEN cross sheep effect activates. I use sheep in Fluffal myself. Just assisting, keep up the good work brotha!
Cross Sheep reads:
"If a monster is Special Summoned to a zone this card points to: You can apply the following effects, in sequence, *based on the card types of the monster(s) this card points to.*"
It checks the types of ALL monsters it points to when it activates. So, in theory, if you have a fusion under it and then summon another type of ED monster to its zone, you will get 2 of its possible effects. I also thought Sam was off his rocker but I was shook when I re-read it.

Just so everyone is clear, you definitely can not do that entire second combo with ANY Dino, if you have megalosmasher/frost (whichever one you decide to run), scrap raptor or giant Rex in addition to your baby and ground xeno, you can definitely still do SOME stuff, unless it’s your normal monster, but definitely not the full combo, I think the best one to combo with would be ovi or petit, petit probably being the better of the two as during your opponents turn you can use it instead of baby being added back to hand that way you can get a pankratops or xeno meteorus if you’re using that
