Instant Vatha Kuzhambu pre mix
Ingredients :
1 cup Coriander Seeds
1/2 cup Chana dal
1/2 cup toor dal
1 cup red chillies
1 cup Tamarind
2 tsp methi seeds / Fenugreek seeds
2 tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves - handfull
2 tsp tumeric powder
5 tsp of turkey berries or nightshade
1 tsp Pepper
