TennisTV knows we can't get enough of Alcaraz videos. Great job compiling these.
Ofc his semifinal against Djokovic got 1.3 million views and his final 1.1 million he is bringing in the views big time
Best performance we’ve seen in years… his mental toughness is on another level
He plays with no fear. That's what I like the most about him
No one plays with fear. He's just got Master skills and physique
@@Alex.5169 "No one plays with fear" -- strong claim, sir.
Español
Yes he has no fear to be beaten by Goffin and lately Sinner. LOL.
@@docjun3588 Sinner is his biggest rival tho.Djokovic also lost to Musetti and Lajovic. This is part of the sport…
Alcaraz is also clearly improving, lots of things keep getting better in each tournament and he still wins matches when he's playing below his level. Exceptional tennis
What a monster. I can't even imagine how much work he must be putting in everyday. Amazing!
A gigantic amount of work. Relentless and punishing training. But the thing is about Carlos is that he loves it. You can tell. The physical and mental positivity radiates from him.
@@divinitymode9364 yep I think he has a great attitude unlike the former new gens
@@zr5438 exactly! many players (not only in tennis) these days take it too serious and end up punishing themselves for not having fun in the field, they are just focused on being the next big name, and that can burn out anyone pretty fast. If you've got the talent, work as hard as you can in training and in the match day, as Johan Cruiff said: "Salid y disfrutad (Go out and enjoy)"
Carlos does something I have been thinking for a long time: why players don't use more drop shots against the players that stay way behind the baseline and against tall (and slow moving) players? His drop shot is ridiculous, so short and precise. It gives him a lot of "free" points.
And it will promote a longer career by not just going all out on every single shot
I’ve been wondering the same thing ever since Alcaraz exploded onto the scene. So many players stuck with side to side but what about long and short!? I remember watching Medvedev’s last match and I just couldn’t work out why his opponent didn’t just mix it up and drop in some really short, slow serves. Medvedev stands metres behind the baseline to receive. It would drive him mad.
That aspect of his gameplay reminds me of Dustin Brown
your drop shot is only as good as your power ground-strokes. The only way drop shots are successful is if your opponent doesn't know you're going to hit it, because they're trying to prepare to defend against a possible groundstroke winner.
Because it’s not easy to hit a perfect drop shot. Power, timing requires accuracy.
The more I watch of Alcaraz the more I marvel at his footwork. It’s the best I’ve ever seen by some margin. He moves like a dancer. So quick, so balanced, so much propulsion available at any single moment. Truly amazing. And a nightmare to play against.
His footwork and movement reminds me of peak Federer. His movement choice and footwork makes it seem like he's gliding everywhere, something Federer does (did better in his prime). And his speed getting everywhere is also very reminiscent of 04-07 Federer.
You ever have seen Federers movement?
@@daserdferkel7388 Obviously. I’ve been watching tennis since 1980! For me the greatest movers were Sampras and Federer. And Alcaraz is already better than both. Give him another couple of years and he’ll redefine court coverage. It was inevitable that a prodigy would arrive to change the sport. Someone always does.
@@divinitymode9364 If Sampras is one of your greatest movers, there's no discussion. You're just completely wrong.
@@nicholassmith8806 lol yeah, Sampras was a great player but definitely not one of the greatest movers. Dude always looked so cumbersome in his movements
It's so cool to see Alcaraz celebrating himself for an extraordinary winner. And he celebrates with the audience in a way as if he has been on the tour for 10 years. In german we call this: Coole Sau :)
The appearance of Carlos Alcaraz for the world of tennis is a blessing, he is a player for tennis lovers, no matter what country they are from, ..
Right now Alcaraz is generating incredible media expectation worldwide, from the USA to China, Japan, Europe, America from North to South, Oceania, etc...
Until the official account of Roland GArros a few hours ago, published an announcement that there was little left for Alcaraz's appearance in the maximum clay court tournament, as if they almost announced the arrival of the messiah...
Certainly everything seems a bit exaggerated for someone who has not yet won a GS tournament, but if you see him play and have seen a lot of tennis in your life, you begin to understand why there is such expectation to see Alcaraz at a world level.
He is a special player, he dominates all the offensive and defensive facets of tennis, he has all the strokes of the best players, but on top of that some of his strokes are enhanced, improved...
And it seems that on a mental level he is at the level of Nadal, Novak, etc... And on top of that we add the factor that physically he is a beast and it seems that he has charisma to further expand the sport of tennis in the world, and On top of that, if that were not enough, he is handsome on the face, because we have some ingredients that we can understand why there is worldwide expectation about Carlos Alcaraz....
I don't know if it's going to be the GOAT or if it's going to be nothing, but it's true that it seems like a kind of BIG THREE in a single tennis player...
Exactly. I will watch him play a losing match and still feel thrilled
You took the words from right out of my mouth
@@missbrown5363
It is true that the appearance of Alcaraz worldwide has been somewhat tremendous, without having won a single GS yet, however, things are seen from a different, determining player....
I think it will take time for him to be an unapproachable player, it seems to me that between 1 year and a year and a half, Novak, Nadal, Medvedev, etc. could still beat him well, but as soon as he adjusts aspects of his tennis, I think that by then Alcaraz will be almost unbeatable... He has all the best shots of the NOvaks, Federer, Nadal, etc, but I think that with power, he is faster than them and more powerful, and I think that mentally he is on a par with Nadal and Novak...
For this reason, I think that as soon as he refines some aspects of his tennis, Alcaraz will be almost invincible. (He will lose games, of course, but they will be punctual, isolated,...)
Agree with all of that. He appears to be able to make the correct shot choices even under pressure, probably helped by his super fitness. I hope he's not blood doping.
Physically, Mentally, Technically such a strong guy.... playing such a quality of tennis is too good to watch.... inspiration to many. Love it. God Bless him with many more trophies.
6:38 That sprint and the extended slide just to control the racquet head for the drop shot is enough to tell how good a player Alcaraz is. That's just insane.
Absolutely bone chilling talent. Unbelievable. It is a pleasure to watch this young man with such a beautiful gift and ice cold nerves. Undoubtedly will be hearing more about him.
That first point was ridiculous how well he defended.
His match with Novak was crazy good. Such a high level.
That match point against Nadal was special.
A new era has begun ! He is going to win big many times !
I love this youngster! Carlos is achieving so much so soon. In one year he has continued to improve and doesn't even seem phased by playing legends. It's remarkable what he is doing.
The thing everyone keeps forgetting is he is just 19, he has so much time left to dominate tennis, even if he has a slump of 3 years, he can easily come back and win many majors and titles. But the scary part is he's already there, who's gonna stop him from winning majors when the Big 3 will eventually retire?
Maybe the Agassi Graf kid or Fed's kids if they turn pro.
This guy is going places :)
I think he’s already there
I think he is already better thsn roger and novak
@@ethansherwood5874 he sure is
I haven't seen this type of talent since prime Roger maybe. Let's hope Carlos can keep this up, his game is so exciting to watch!
I haven't seen this type of talent snice nadal
Djokovic: laughs in corner
He meant attacking talent. Carlos himself said he based all court attack game on Roger. People here acting Obtuse
Whoever said his serve is not good well.. his position might not be good and doesn't make thousands of aces (which is not necessarily a sign of a good serve) but here it showed its consistency. He won many times games 40-0 with Djokovic ,one of the best returner of all time if not the best, even in breakpoints when he was down and he put pressure on Alcaraz he escaped. Can't wait to see him face Medvedev and possibly at the USO.
I won't say his serve is not good but his 'flat' serve is a little bit of an issue. He's got the pace but the consistency and accuracy on that is not great. The reason Djokovic struggled against him so much is because of his kick serve which is absolutely brilliant but it's a clay court so obviously that helps. I don't think he would beat Novak with the kick serve on hard and grass courts. So he does need to improve on his consistency of that flat serve and I think he will. Once he does that he will start getting cheaper points which is just scary to think cuz this guy is already dominating opponents.
@@viditsingla6262 one thing for sure is he will struggle with Medvedev at his very best. Serving well against him is necessary because he returns very well and has an unreal defense. Also Medvedev gets every ball back. Korda beat him because of being aggressive all the time and serving well, De Minaur almost beat him because he pretty much got everything back and that shaked a bit Alcaraz's game. Medvedev is sort of a mix of these 2. Zverev showed he is not able to win against present Alcaraz, Tsitsipas same thing
@@nicolasmts3264 idk Meddy hasn't played against this version of Alcaraz, they only met last year and Alcaraz is a different player now. Serve+volley and dropshots will be very effective against Daniil's returns.
@@emrazum I know that. But don't you think Medvedev has been watching him all this months? He's that kind of guy who breaks down players like Djokovic does. He surely wasn't at home playing games. He is a phenomenal player Alcaraz no doubt but he is not unbeatable like no one is, surely there will be bad days for him too!
I think one of the scary things about Alcaraz is that his first serve is the weakest part of his game and yet it’s already plenty good enough to support the rest of his game and win him so many tournaments. You just know he and Ferraro will be refining it over the off season. I’d anticipate that the 2023/24 version of his first serve will be as lethal as the rest of his game.
Tennis TV needs to show more video of Carlos Alcara
If injuries respect him, he will become a legend
Carlos Alcaraz el murciano mas internacional en estos momentos. Suerte campeón.
He’s too good for his age! Brilliant Job done by Carlos Alcaraz , my new favourite
This is when Alcaraz became Alcaraz.
1:51 I don't know did anyone notice that, Norrie did a "Kyrgios like" bow.
this young man who will make me back to watch tennis
Huge respect for Djokovic after losing the match. He congratulated Alcaraz the win
That choke on Sasha at the end was brutal...
the QF and SF make the final look like a R1 match against a qualifier
Carlitos, no dejes tu humildad y tu genialidad. gracias
Cuantas alegrías va a darnos carlitos
Love the way Djokovic treats Carlos after the match 👍
Great job by combining this and showing what a star this kid is… a future legend❤
I miss seeing Alcaraz on the court. He's out with an injury for the Aussie Open, the tournament is just that much less exciting without him there. Hope for a swift recovery & more of this scintillating tennis for 2023.
He needs to play with no fear like this
Alcaraz nunca pares de disfrutar jugando al tenis en partidos que no te pueda la presión de ganar. Das mucha energía positiva e incluso a tu contrincante. AMAZING Carlos Alcaraz!!
His celebration after beating Nadal is so different, that is the respect for his idol

Novak is the ultimate challenge in tennis. To hold ur nerve and beat him in a decider is truly impressive. Guard changing in front of our eyes, although novak will have something to say about that.
7:10 Djokovic tasting his own medicine
Simply amazing
Todo lo que realiza Alcaraz en el tenis me encanta. Me gustaría que pasaran transmisiones en español. Dios bendiga a este canal.
a fearless master already
El orgullo de Murcia de el palmar y de España🔥🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
This young boy has all the greatest expectations, let’s see how far he can go.
Now world number 1 ang grandslam champion
El saludo de el serbio al fina del partido eso si que es de numero 1 saber reconocer a este chaval que es muy bueno, muy bien por Nole es numero 1 en todo ¡¡de momento¡¡
this guy is ready for the big leagues. often beating one of Rafa or Novak early in a tournament takes so much out that you're vulnerable in the next rounds, but to beat them both back to back and follow it with win over another top player in the final? I'll be surprised if he hasn't won his first major by the end of next year
While he beat both Rafa and Novak, both Rafa and Novak recognised and were appreciative of who is going to bear the torch after them. 🥰
bravo Carlos.
Vamos Carlos!👍🇪🇦💪
So incredible!!
Being Spanish now is so hard. Especially when Nadal and Alcaraz have to face each other. So I've decided I'm supporting Alcaraz in everything but in Grand Slams, so let's hope for Nadal to win those.
Tudooooo! sou fã de Carlito
Que gran torneo de Carlitos. Le ganó a grandes rivales demostrando un gran juego.
The future of tennis
french open next⁉
Everyone needs to take a seat and enjoy I can easily see Carlos be the tiger woods of tennis for at least first few years and can’t be stopped

Wow Carlos Alcaraz
yo creo que es alcaraz sera unos de los mejores tenistas cuando se retiren novak, nadal y federer
Guys I had a chat with Bublik on Sunday after his training, he's such a nice guy. I recorded the chat on my channel XD
I am waiting very patiently for Carlos Alcaraz to take over the best player status in Clay as well as grass, hardcoourt tennis tournaments. Do it little guy. :)
After Federer faded the magic of tennis has finally return again in the form of Alcarez.
Way to go Carlitos 👏 🙌 👍 💪 👌 😀
Carlos le ha quitado la emoción al tenis no hay quien le pare
6:40 ..,
Unbelievable.....fantastic.
The upcoming no 1. Mark my words.
This Guy is Gonna win Roland Garros 2022..Wimbledon Novak..USO Alcaraz..He is gonna win the 30+ Slams with a very weak field(unless he gets a new Rival)..
Let him win his first...lol
Amazing 😍
This tournament just showed to the world who is the next super star in Tennis.
He looks so like his dad
New blood is injected in the game and we have been waiting ✋
He is amazing 🤩 🇮🇳
Il mérite carrément futur n•1 mondial 👍💪💪💪💪👍👍👍🎾🎾🎾
Ea el futuro del tennis
Alcaraz is the next great tennis champion. He can beat anyone right now. As long as he remains healthy, he will win many grand slam events. He has it all - speed, power, touch, smarts, endurance, desire, and great coaching. I hope he stays away from injury. Carlos, stay off of cement/hard courts as much as possible. They will wreck your feet and knees. I've seen that happen many times. I'm warning you. Stay off of cement courts!
And now let Alcaraz maintain that incredible level and run for the next 15 years like Djoko/Nadal/Fed do, not to be injured, not to lose motivation and drive. I don't believe anybody is capable of
Zverev got his revenge at RG. Zverev did finish in Zverev style though :) .
And now Alcaraz has already surpassed Zverev's whole career
10:15 some things never change lol
Everyone: Novak and Rafa are still dominating the Next Gen.
Me: And here comes Carlos Alcaraz!!!!!
(I know that Novak and Rafa are not in their primes, but extremely impressive for a 19 year old to beat both of them in the same tournament, back to back, let alone him winning the title. Also apologies to people who didn't say anything about Rafa and Novak dominating but I have seen otherwise...)
and he's just getting started...
He's the next thing. I really thought it was gonna be Dominic Thiem, but what it takes to be great is winning titles in your teens.
But his teens come in 2022 not 2015
A really cool French open semi matchup would be djokovic vs tsitsipas, and alcaraz vs nadal
I'd love to see him and Novak battling out for Roland Garos Title in a Five Setter......Young vs Old 😀
FRESH BOY
I want to see Alcaraz play against Kyrgios! Would be an interesting match up
I would like to see it too!! a battle of the dropshots lol
The match against Djokovic was a clay court war of attrition.

Alcaraz made Zverev look stupid
Yea that was fun 😅
Yeah we can chalk it up to Zverev being bad. Though that is the same guy that handled a turbulent tsitipas.

Younger, faster, and tougher...
It seems like he is on his way to become another player like BIG 3.
If he improves his serve , the angles of his backhand which is already excellent you will see a 15 grand slam winner for sure , I think at his age he is even better than rafa in hard courts and probably grass , so if he last 15 years and win minimum 1 makes 15 GS add 1 or 2 more in odd years and more than 20 is not a joke.
