Not the prettiest win for the Chiefs but they now have clinched the AFC West. Tua and the Dolphins played with a lot of heart, they fought back hard. Good game to them.

The Dolphins lost but they played an impressive game. Tua is going to be very dangerous in the years to come if he stays on focus. But DAMN Tyreek Hill is like a friggen cheat code. Tua played with a practice squad offense and outscored the mighty chiefs offense, lets give credit where its due. All this by the 2nd youngest team in the NFL
To all the Tua haters, I hope today's performance erased any doubts you may have of the kid - he is the real deal. We finally found our QB since Marino. It only took 20 years.
The fact that in one year the dolphins went from finishing 5-11 to coming within six points of beating the best team in the league is amazing.

Yes they Threatened KC for the 1st quarter but it was never really a game after that everyone knew it was done at Half.. yeah they posted very minimal threat in the closing moments but it wasn't even half as close as the score would lead ya to believe. The game would still be the same and the same outcome. Only way I would say it was close if we weren’t leading in the 4th but we were. Listen salty fans, stop using the BS injury excuse it’s old, it’s dumb and your just disrespecting your own team, if we lost players I would still believe we would win because that’s the trust we have in our coaches and our organization.
I’ve never been so optimistic after a loss. Miami fought hard against the defending champs while getting decimated by injuries. Chiefs are great as we know the dolphins will be soon if they continue to grow. Good game KC. Fins up!

Dolphins fan here, I just want to say that the future is bright at QB in the NFL. So many young talents that are gonna be lighting up scoreboards. The 2020 QB class is gonna go down as one of the best ever. Burrow, Herbert, and Tua are gonna be goats. I'm a Chiefs fan but I've been rooting for the Dolphins all season. I have their defense on my fantasy team. They helped the Chiefs win the Super Bowl last year by beating the Patriots in week 17 when they could've easily laid down. That got the Chiefs the first round bye which ended up being huge.

Thats coming next year. A lot of talk of acquiring Smith-Schuster in free agency and then going into the draft with 2 1st round and 2 second round picks and a defense that really doesnt need much investment. It is beautiful what they are doing.

@@Dev-ew8zw The Phins have a good defense. They won 7 out of of their last 8 games and held teams to an average of 14.5 points in that stretch. They have the best 3rd down defense in the league. They're second only to Pittsburgh in points allowed per game and takeaways per game. They're top 5 in red zone defense and interceptions. Teams dont just easily score on this defense. And the Chiefs still put up 33 and Mahomes still threw 2 tds on 393 passing yards. So i will reiterate, a good win against a tough defense
After seeing Tua a couple of times now. Id say he looks pretty good. I see a QB that was obviously well schooled in the game of football coming up thru the levels. He does a really good job reading his keys at the line and then knows at least where option #1 is. His confidence in this ability allows him to get to the top of his drop and deliver a strike on time.
However, when his #1 is covered and the play gets extended. It seems like he plays to not make a mistake. Resulting in alot of lofty under thrown balls. Maybe this is because he's just a rookie and with experience will grow out of it. But for now I'd tell him. You got all the things you need to be successful. All the time. Just believe in yourself
Tua was very promising. He didn’t start well, but he battled possibly the greatest we have seen ever in Patrick Mahomes.

As a life long Chiefs fan, I've had respect for the Dolphins for awhile but especially after the final game of the regular season last year against the Patriots. Then to ring the Chiefs bell and make Mahomes look like an average QB... Solid team. I'm really excited to see what the Dolphins do in the future. Absolutely blown away by the grit and heart by the Dolphins.

I think we learned from this game that Lynn Bowden is a very underrated receiver.
Being a Kentucky fan I get so mad at the announcers who say he was a college QB. He was a WR that just had to step in and play QB when all our guys got injured. They never give him any credit for being a WR
Bowden Jr and Perry has a lot of upside. Guess we'll get to see them more that our top 3 receivers are out, not mentioning the two opt outs that would make it the top 5.

In his defense the Dolphins defense have been doing pretty well recently. And I think this game was simply a bad day.

I know but he's still a stud and that was a rookie mistake. I can't wait for next year to really unleash tua he's a beast and he definitely need some help with WR and RB cause we can't win games with no running game at all
Miami has quietly been building a legit contender. They'll be a legit threat in 2-3 years gotta keep Tua Healthy get Some More Talent at WR and a Few piece here and there and they'll be right there in it all.

You’re right but we need a new offensive coordinator. I’m tired of these bullshit ass pistol formations with short routes and designed plays meant for 5-10 yard gains. I understand Tua is a rookie but they need to set him up in a spread type offense where he can read defenders and scan the field. You can’t score 30+ points when you run the ball 60% of the time and call shotgun only 5 times in the game. Not only that but Tua needs a better wide receiver core as well. Too many dropped balls and they can barely get any separation. I hope Miami drafts Devonte Smith and more offensive weapons this year including a new offensive system.
@@hunnad1248 yup I agree someone else also mentioned the spread formation. Tua was on fire when they started doing that. Now imagine a good running game added to the mix . Would keep defenses off balance like crazy. But keep in mind the coaches are still even learning what works best for tua, I just hope gailey and flores picked up on that. But yeah there were some key drops in there and also Alot of injuries. But even after losing gesecki , after losing 3 receivers , that spread formation with backups tua was just cruising..
Our offense as a whole needs some work it's a combination of play calling, drops, injuries , and no running game. And tuas rookie mistakes. We had 4 turnovers for 10pts.. the only one I blame tua on 100% is taking that safety where he should have gotten rid of the ball. Rookie mistake but it happens.
Overall I was impressed by tua today he showed great signs of improvement and potential. Midgame he was improving even, learning to handle the pressure and step up in the pocket and throw a dart. And yeah we need a better WR core for sure, but the main thing as well is a better RB . I was just happy to see some improvement and to see him throw over 300yards finally lol but something has to be done with taking better advantage of turnovers , and the fact that we completed the first four 3rd down only to fail on the next 4-5 of them
