backup plan only gives elves with deploy ability

I think if you played Fil on melee in game 1 it would have been a guaranteed rebuke. Otherwise great deck, and I always love Alzur decks!

The problem of deck is max potential. Even if you spam whole board with those whisperer copies, that's like 36 points per row for 72 overall. That's pretty much nothing compared to any other deck. Basic elven deadeye deck does pretty much the same but can rise power of each elf to like 7 points with Angus and then cause them to shoot enemy cards and repeat that thanks to annoying triple heist.

You can add runemage if you like him! He will make backup plan and bountiful harvest more reliable. You can cut filavandrel (but I prefer him because of more controlled flexibility) or alzur (but I like the tempo possibility )
