cutting the zip ties to the beat was a nice touch
agreeeed
Lol I work at a bike shop and find myself cussing at the unnecessarily amout of zip ties and tape 😭. Ill keep it to the beat next time for sure!
That was cool
Belt drive is the one upgrade I wanna make to my daily over the winter to be ready for next season. For no reason other quietness. I like my bikes to ride as silent as possible...as someone with OCD, any squeek or anything just doesnt sit right with me. Eliminating chain noise would be a dream.
would be cool to see footage and commentary of riding it afterwards

Lil doggy hauling ass ... bike looks better than i thought is was gonna look. Great job.
Interesting build. Is the large tire size differential between the front and back because of limited clearance in the back or based on something else? I would also be curious how the fork and tires changed the bike geometry; how slack are the head tube and seat tube angles?
Why not use an externally controlled dropper like a PNW Pine 27.2 with a shim instead of drilling the frame?
Because I would rather have a normal seatpost than an external dropper. They are the worst.
Fair enough :-) Although I've had two that are great.
Really cool ! Great video.
Looks great !
Congratulations, looks very nice.Is it possible to change to an dropbar? I guess you would have to change all the group? Thanks.
Another piece of art!
Very cool but you kinda did turn it into a mountain bike with 100 mil travel. Did you make gravel forks that are about 40 to 50 mm of travel but looks good
So i watched some reviews with this ebike and im interested in buying it. But, several people said (just like you have) that the bike is a little hard to pedal. In the case that i do end up buying the bike, what exactly do i need to tinker with? i have no experience with this sort of stuff either, but judging from your video it looks like you replaced the chainring as well as the belt drive. How do i know which ones I need to buy to make the bike a little bit easier to pedal?
Man, I need to live where you live
In the uk that would be known as as a hybrid e-bike
Beautiful! apart from that rear tire - sorry!
Dont understand this changes. You have to show us result in action
