In the Wakannai area on the North Island of New Zealand, an invasive species damages the local ecosystem and farmland.
Tonight, we are ready to tackle what the Department of Conservation (DOC) deem as the country's number one pest animal. Possums, blend seamlessly into the shadows, hiding amidst trees and thick underbrush. We start with the daunting task of spotting these animals in the dead of night.
In the darkness, every sound is magnified, every movement scrutinized. Richard navigates through uneven terrain and dense foliage. The air rifle hunt is on, and with each step, we edge closer to our goal of reducing the possum population. Richard spots our first Possum. With steady hands and unwavering focus, Richard aims with his air rifle and fires. A successful shot to start the night and the first possum down, is a great start, but more is required on this air rifle pest control hunt.
Navigating through pine forests and grassy bushlands in search of the hard-to-see Possum. Throughout our journey, we are reminded of the dual nature of our task. While the possums may appear innocent, their destructive capabilities cannot be understated. They pose a significant threat to New Zealand's delicate ecosystem, decimating native vegetation, animals and local farmland. Through our partnership with DOC and the dedication of local farmers, we are making strides in controlling the possum population and safeguarding wildlife and ecosystems of this area. Each possum harvested represents a small victory in the ongoing battle against invasive species.
In conclusion, our night hunting expedition in pursuit of possums in New Zealand's Wakannai area is not merely a quest for sport but a crucial conservation effort. Through collaboration, dedication, and the relentless pursuit of our goal, we are playing a vital role in protecting the ecological integrity of these lands for generations to come.

I really enjoy these types of videos and always enjoy seeing Richard Leonard so excited during his hunts with all his enthusiasm. However, I feel a huge brand like Air Arms with more than 25k subscribers should be getting more 1k views in 2 days. This tells me that your marketing and promotion is wrong.
Air Arms is a big brand with quality air rifles and I feel they should be pushing their social media content much more, particularly CZcams. The amount of air time, not to mention revenue that could be brought in with regular uploads, from hunting, technical videos, how to’s, what to expect in the future etc or even asking other CZcamsrs to help push their products more.
I get told quite often in the comment section on my channel that they bought an AA S510 after seeing me using mine for many years.
Less than 1000 views in 2 days for a fantastic video tells me and everybody else this isn’t working.
Take a note from some other companies who continually push out their brands content and notice how much exposure they receive. Air Arms is feeling out of date (BSA is even worse) and is not even playing catch-up.
You need to produce more CZcams related content, particularly hunting related content. It will gain more exposure to the brand, instead of hiding in the factory with the odd, random video every now and then because nobody really cares (look at your view count).
I hope you receive this message in a positive way for the future.
