    This is actually the comedy bit that inspired Ryan George to start his Pitch Meeting channel, if you've never seen a pitch meeting from him, you're missing out, most of them are hilarious as they point out all the major mistakes in the movies plots.
    He plays both parts in each video as the screenwriter who writes up a script and the producer who needs a new movie idea, often the producer will pick apart some of the dumb ideas that the writer makes.
    He has 250+ of these videos, I definitely recommend checking them out when you're bored.

      I enjoy his comedy however its been far too many years with nothing new. I have not listened or seen a new joke from him in several years. His newest joke i heard was about Trump being president. I was like come on... How lazy.... Ok So now that you made a similar joke that matches everyone else who are not even comics.... Dazzle us with a new edgy Trump jokes.... Oh you don't have any... His actual problem with Trump i dont know either... Yeah he is a dick or douche that's off the table.... So what is it he does or did that personally affects your life? When Donald Trump was President. He affected my life. I had unlimited affordable gas under $1.95 a Gallon.... Now i pay close too 3x that amount. The same week Biden became president the Gas prices began to rise in my state!!! People claim it was not his fault when he shut down the Keystone XL pipeline!!!!

    He doesn’t get enough attention from reaction channels. I think people just aren’t aware of his specials, but it seems he’s been getting on some channels lately.
    His shtick is that he’s a femme-y sort of lady-boy but is surprisingly straight. He used to write for the Simpsons and Conan and SNL.

    People always say that about Back to the Future. The point of the movie though is to get back to the... future. He is stuck in the past. He's only in the present for a short time, and spends the whole movie trying to go forward in time once he unscrews up the timeline.

      Also, it's implied that Marty is Doc's part-time assistant. This is established during their first interaction of the film - the telephone conversation in which they discuss Marty assisting Doc with an experiment (which turns out to be time travel, of course). No clunky exposition should be necessary for the viewer to infer that their friendship arose through this employment relationship.

      The horse loose in a hospital bit works much better with Biden then Trump. Statistically people are less hopeful and less optimistic now. Then when Trump was in office. Also Trump chose to be a jerk, That is why many like him. Where as Biden appears not to know why he does anything. He seems like a confused grandparents who just nod and agree...

    • @zhobz8583
      @zhobz8583 Před 2 lety

      @@zackstoner4523 I would have to disagree. I don’t care about the politics behind them and it’s irrelevant to the joke itself. The metaphor only works for Trump and then gets more specific in the references for the punch lines so it can’t really work for anyone else. Pieces of the joke could work for someone down the line, but it’s very well written in what it’s trying to portray regardless of political beliefs.

      @@zhobz8583 You also say "I don’t care about the politics behind them and it’s irrelevant to the joke itself" idc about the politics either. However they are needed for the joke... If you dont hate Trump then your not going to call him a horse in a hospital.... Im not aware of hardly any comparisons of people to farm animals that is beneficial and complementary. Even that old saying hung like a horse is not a good thing, Unless you are attracted to horses.

    • @zhobz8583
      @zhobz8583 Před 2 lety

      @@zackstoner4523 I rewatched it to just to be sure. I’m not saying it’s not a political joke, I’m saying i see no reference to Trumps politics in the joke, meaning you do don’t need to know them to understand the joke. You just have to understand the metaphor of the joke, a horse loose in a hospital. John has used animals and the horse reference before, it’s simple and relatable and a callback in his stand up. The point is the joke is not compare Trump to an animal, because that is not humorous, nor the purpose to be a slight against him. The joke is not complementary to him either as most jokes are not especially in politics. Back to the metaphor of John’s point of view being the Horse being somewhere in an important location where Horses “don’t have experience” in. Horse is an animal where it’s large in statue to be both a threat and something you cant ignore. Then John gives the references to the tweets, North Korea, and firing the investigator. That’s why I don’t think it wouldn’t work on another political figure since these are specific references to Trump. Only thing would be to find someone who had no to little political experience before and then you would have to create all new jokes for the horse in a hospital metaphor.
      I’m fine calling Trump a horse in a hospital and I don’t hate Trump. Most likely those who like him won’t for sure. Regardless hate is a strong word, and again I don’t very much care about the politics behind them. Regardless I find John Mulaneys Creative Comedy on the subject very entertaining even though it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, his approach was quite unique wouldn’t you say?
