    We had an evasion once upon a time. It was a used unit. It served the family reliably for 10 years until it was no longer feasible to repair.
    I especially enjoyed the plush individual seats.

    Very good looking family car.
    Just like Citroen Evasion and Citroen C8 which are all very nice.
    I must say they are all very comfortable car.
    I and my family always enjoy holiday with my Evasion, which I just buy it few month ago.
    Middle seat should not be in the furthest back position when there is passenger in third row seats, just like my Citroen Evasion.
    But if there is only passenger on middle seat then it is very comfortable to adjust the position of the middle seat to furthest back.
    Thank you.

      Yes they are comfortable cars. Would love to film an Evasion or a C8 one day given the chance!

    Very informative video, nicely presented and good camera work. I only wish that you had demonstrated the front passenger foot rest.

    Hello, Nice vedio, can you say where is the child safety lock? I have just bought same car but can not find the child safety lock.

    • @alexlovesmac
      @alexlovesmac  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm not entirely sure as different PSA vehicles have different configurations, but if I recall correctly, the child locks for the Grand C4 Picasso is located with the rear door itself.

    Alex, does 1.6 engine provide enough power to this 5+2? Same engine to the 5 seated c4 picaso ?

      As someone driving one in the UK. The power is sufficient for a cruiser - 110 km/h. It will struggle up the hill a little - Cameron Highlands. I have a 2 litre Diesel which is good enough and I am thinking of remapping it to 180bhp. However, don't expect supercar performance. My average speed on the motorway is about 100km/h. Carrying family - don't expect to go fast. One thing to understand about this French cars, it is highly unreliable in hot weather. This is my second Citreon and there is a strong network of services/garages in the UK/Europe. I don't know about Malaysia.

    Am I right in saying that the engine in this car is basically a detuned 208 GTi engine?

    • @LJI96x
      @LJI96x Před 6 lety +1

      Josh Bacon Slightly different turbo chargers I believe, as well as the tune

    • @alexlovesmac
      @alexlovesmac  Před 6 lety

      More like the engine in the 208 GTi is of a higher tune than the one in this car. They're all of the same engine, just different tuning to produce the different hp figures.

      What are you talking about? The Prince engine is most commonly found in 1.6 litre form.

      It is a Peugeot engine. Don't you know PSA Peugeot Citroen is the same company!
