Hello there, She is my fourth completely MOC ship, not an upgrade or combined sets. For the time of making only speed build section, the ship is nearly completed, due to the virus situation cause the delay of parts order delivery, some ship sections may not be completed. And will skip some parts for shorten video duration. So pls understand that. Captain cabin, inclined window frames is the hardest section of the ship. She is fully equipped with 26 cannons on both side, lower and upper deck. Three masts, 10 sails.The rigging, sails will be the same technique as La Grenouille but the Black Pearl masts will be smaller. The upper deck floor can be lifted up and access to the lower deck only the frontal and middle section. For the rear lower section, cannon slider mechanisms as shown in video, will help to get the gun in fire position. For the rigging, I will make another video to show how to..

@Eminem It's a direct refference, that Barbossa now commands the Queen anne's Revenge. The pile of bones are a hint. As the Queen anne's Revenge, was decorated with the bones of it's victims.

People are really forgetting about POTC. It is my favorite movie series. It has been engraved into my mind since childhood and I’m glad to see people still remember it.

The level of detail here is just incredible! Every piece has a purpose within the overall design. BTW that stern railing detail was such an innovative use for the Star Wars blaster pieces!

Pirates Of The Caribbean is one of my favorite film franchises, you nailed this look! It’s so detailed, and I love the use of sausages for the captain’s quarters window sections. The custom sails also add a lot of character, phenomenal job!
Yeah he's incredible, it's a shame Lego doesn't care for the franchise anymore, they could take notes from him and make UCS sets for some ships.
@Jamile Crocodile I would absolutely love a UCS ship from POTC, I don’t think the Silent Mary sold too well though. LEGO will probably never go back to it sadly :(
@@AWMsCorner Lego POTC is so bad that it's a shame that it ever came out. The more interesting the ship in the movie, the worse the Lego model. The worst ship Silent Mary got the best model and the most interesting Flying Dutchman did not get at all. Fucking logic.
@nessundorma Lol, I can agree with that. The original 3 POTC movies will always be the best, I can’t believe we never got a Dutchman after the first wave of sets came out. Oh well, there’s always some really dope customs out there that have instructions available, probably better than what LEGO would produce anyways.
@@AWMsCorner I believe the Silent Mary was one of the most wanted sets from the year and it's something really difficult to buy nowadays, I don't believe it was a failure at all but I can't really say I'm sure about it.
I remember the gold days of Mega Bloks. Pirates Of The Caribbean was their best selling theme if I'm not in error, they put a lot of effort on the franchise! I bought the Black Pearl and I still find it the most impressive toy we've ever had from the franchise. Mega Bloks was so focused on POTC that they kept on making sets until the fourth movie (when the franchise rights passed to Lego).
At first I was really hyped by the change to Lego. The first line of sets was really great (although I wasn't a big fan of the Black Pearl they made) and they even made a really cool videogame. After that, a lot of people (including me) stopped focusing so much on POTC until 2017. When I realized that a new movie was on the way, I also realized that Lego would finally do a line of new sets, but I got tremendously disappointed by the fact they only did one (not counting the uninteresting brickheadz)... It was a really great set, but if Mega Bloks was still the one responsible for the franchise, we would've gotten a big variety of great products.

Looking at POTC legos at the year they were made, the ships were alright. Back when the were being produced the Queen Anne’s Revenge feels a little lackluster while the Black Pearl was a slight improvement. I wish they made a Flying Dutchman set, that might’ve been the best one. Though years later the Silent Mary became my favorite. But this one you designed blows them out of the water. This version of the Black Pearl shows more passion then the official release, it’s absolutely amazing!

Now this is the black pearl. I would definitely use this for my stop motion animation videos. I grew up watching Pirates of the Caribbean ever since I was a child. I have one at home, but this version won’t let me keep my eyes off of it. Anyways, keep up the awesomeness work. You’re doing amazing.

I believe the time has come for you to attempt the task of building the Flying Dutchman because from what I’ve seen, this moc is simply amazing and I believe with your skills, you should have no problem pulling it off! Can’t imagine how a Flying Dutchman moc built by you would turn out, then again, it’s only going to be nothing short of perfect like this one. All things aside, I really like the clean and smooth black finishes and the tainted effect on the sails, keep up the amazing work!

Hey mate, this is absolutely amazing build. I’m sure you know this already, but you’re missing 2 gun ports on each side. The Sunset ship they used for filming had 9 on each side for the lower deck in case you wanted to modify at all. Your attention to detail is just absolutely amazing, and I love how incredible this model works. This has inspired me to make a second version of my custom pearl now. Just an amazing job
