I think you may be confusing it with "Hershey Squirt Love" from late '93. "Explosive Diarrhea" came out in '82, and the giraffe incident was early '93 as you mentioned earlier. Both songs are about liquid shit and prolapsing, so I could see how you might confuse them.😊
