Wow no credit >:( . Also are the animals you mentioned actually called by those words or are those just words to describe the sound they make?
From what I'm reading online I think ideophones use onomatopoeia? This is my first time ever hearing of ideophones and they don't have them in English or Spanish so I could be extremely incorrect
Haha, sorry :P I'll pin your comment 😆 those are the actual words for the animal. So the word for cat is basically just pronounced "meow" 🤣 i was staring at the definition of ideophone for so long i just gave up LOL but yeah, im trying to think of one, maybe "thump"? Not sure if thats an ideophone or onomatopoeia. Technically it's both the action and the sound. 🤷
@@jcliang nope too late I'm suing. I'll see you in court. I think I'm just giving up on ideophones 🙃

Onomatopoeia from Kongo, in the language Lingala, what do you think means "poroporo"[powrowpowrow, perhaps would be the English pronunciation?]
It happens to tourists if they have eaten uncooked vegetables or have drunken tap water... a very apt description of the unpleasant consequences😵💫💩🫢
🤣🤣🤣 thats hilarious!!! Haha
