What speaker do you prefer between the Sonus Faber Elipsa and the Borresen X3? I currently have the X2’s and can upgrade to the X3’s or a like new pair of Elipsa SE’s. Which speaker would you choose to keep between the two? Thank you for any insight or advice.

I personally think the borresen speakers are top notch, just don’t pair them with there class D amps because than it becomes way to clinical and to vibrant

What are you talking about? Aavik provide the best synergy for these speakers, all class D.

La classe D è molto buona. Io amplificò le AR M1 con un amplificatore in quella classe. Il suono che fuoriesce è magnifico.
