Bad Apple!! but it's a Touhou stage - 21 Hits

The Bad Apple!! animation remade with bullet art while also being playable.
It's really impressively made.
Lots of forced hits in this, so the challenge is to minimize the amount of hits as much as possible.
20 is probably as low as it gets if you find a way to do that tricky section at 2:50. 19 might be possible but I'm not sure if that section at 3:00 is actually possible to do without getting hit.
Edit: actually the part at 2:13 might also be possible now that I look at it...
Hitboxes in this are pretty big, they are basically the entire sprite.
Which means that no, that safespot in the middle of the screen doesn't work.
Nothing in this is RNG, even if it looks like it is. It's 100% static.
You can play this with Reimu or Marisa (also Aya?) but you really need Marisa for her speed.
Would be cool if you could do this without getting hit at all but what can you do.
Replays in this game seem extremely broken.
Sometimes they just vanish and sometimes they get dated at 1970 and just crash immediately.
This script is part of a collection of other scripts called LuaSTG Boss Rush v3.20.
Besides this script there are also a whole bunch of other bossrush stages in it. It's honestly crazy huge and it's all made by just one dude.

There's some space between bullets. And I think they don't actually move, they just turn on and turn off, kinda like screen pixels. I believe it's possible to just take a safespot and keep standing there for the whole time
