I've surfed in 95 countries during my lifetime. I've come across no place friendlier in the water with such pure stoke than Texas.
I was a foreign student at TAMUCC, had some good conversations with Frank at the time. Nice guy.
He told me about Nate and how he was spending time in California at the time. We talked about my homeland and many stories he had traveling central America back in the day.
Pay the man a visit.
Stoked on this i feel so spoiled living in spi. Its literally 8ft swell 3-5ft conditions as we speak. Come get some boys!!!

I grew up in Corpus. I went to Padre a lot, but never learned to surf. But I sure loved watching the one who did!

Grew up going to wind and wave and dockside surfshop! Bought my first skateboard at wind and wave, so many memories at that place! Awesome video!!

So realistically, assuming I don't have super high standards and just like being in the water messing around on waves, how often can you surf in Texas? Specifically the corpus area
Can surf here 10 out of 12 months realistically

Oh Corpus Christi. Either you ride the wave or the wave rides you. I have ate many large wave while shark fishing so don’t let anyone tell you the swells are too small for surfing.
So do any of you Corpus guys remember two brothers named Dave and Noll Beck?
