It's nice now that you are saying what to do, but some of us are not so skilled. It would be also helpful if you mention why you are doing stuff along with how to do it. There are several steps stacked on top of each other that makes it difficult to follow if we don't know why to do it and what the result we are looking for in each step. Otherwise the process is not memorable. Try not to sound so dry, add a bit of personality to your vocals.

Can you match the speed to follow a video passing by a tree or an object and switching to a new clip?
Hello, you can, but you need to adjust it manually. Сlick on the crop effect on the timeline, go to the properties window and change its duration to slow down the swipe. Change the speed until you are satisfied with the result.
