Idea: Give the prisoner an ultimatum, willingly go in the humane prison, or get put in this one. Or if it is hardcore you can threaten violence, and instead of kill checks there is a chamber where you have to fill your inventory and if you drop anything you die.
There's a way to only let players with an empty inventory open a container.

I forgot to explain what a ZPI was. I'm so sorry. A ZPI (Zone Protection Item) is a kind of chunk ban. It's a shulker box in an item frame but it only effects people who walk in or log into range of it. Players already inside the range of ZPI can stay online.

How do you make a ZPI?
A pulsar is not a star but the behavior of one. A pulsar is an extremely explosive emission of particles shot out in a pulse from a super dense white dwarf or neutron star which is where pulsars come from, neutron stars.
Technically, the emission of particles is constant. Like a lighthouse, the visible pulsing is an illusion from the beam sometimes being pointed at us and sometimes not.
The star itself is also called pulsar tho?
Astronomer here: correct but just a bit pedantic. People tend to assume you're just talking about a neutron star unless otherwise clarified

My opinion, the pulsar is the most beautiful prison from the exterior, and the interior is cool too, with the end gateway
Pulsars are names given to neutron stars that emit streams of high energy at their magnetic poles. When a star dies, the neutron star that is left behind conserves the rotation energy of the star it used to be, so it can spin EXTREMELY fast for its small size. If the jets are not aligned with the rotation axis (mostly the case, magnetic fields are not always aligned with the geographic poles) and intersect the Earth during the rotation, that's what a pulsar is. Pulsars are essentially the light houses of the Universe, because you can triangulate the position of any places by the pulsars it can see. In fact, the Voyager probes have a diagram of our galaxy, along with pulsars that point towards the Earth, as a way to mark its position in the Universe at the time the Voyager probes were made. The prison here is such an amazing concept and looks INSANE, especially with the "pulsating" final touch.
That is just the stylish way of getting rid of that one guy who is always greefing your world (not on a server so you cannot ban them)

This is a pretty tough prison, the only way I can see the prisoner escaping is if they had outside help, or if they used the armor stands to entity cram and kill themselves.

the rays works prison could also be done into a trap. he said that you can basicaly drop a player there, and he's trapped, or something, i watched that a long time ago
This is great. One thing: How do you find them? What would happen if they just hid somewhere?
If you find their arrows, you can use tnt and they will point to the player.

if they are far away enough so that they can't be found it also means they are far enough away so that they are probably are not causing problems for anyone else
@@necromemer9523 Yes, but that isn't the point of prisons. It's to lock someone up, not caring about if they just leave the server forever.
Look at 2b2t for some examples on how to find people. Just looking around, breaking every single block, freaking triangulating them with lightning, or just cheating. There's always a way.

In the teory: The prison does not have to be buildable in all dimensions, you could have 1 end version, 1 nether version and 1 overworld version

Im not sure if this prison has been patched, but a model like this would be hella cool for 2B2T with the server update it got
Imagine a faction grabbing their enemies and imprisoning them with this tech, or a better version of it
2B2T would be dead as soon as they learned what a zpi is
Interesting. It will be a great fun to one up this thing in 7 years. And to make a escape strategy. Because there are always ways to escape. Or log on in an alternative acount.
My first thought for a survival proof prison was just to build it around spawn, and have guards with registries to not let any convicted players out.
From there, it's just a matter of sending hitmen out to break the criminal's bed, and kill them.
well an escapist can just break their own bed, go to the end with all the stuff they need to break the prisoner out, and then jump into the end fountain going back to the overworld, transporting them into the prison with all the stuff
this is known as the end exploit
The ultimat prison is Just a random box in the end it’s the perfect place for a prison it’s very hard to reach no nether portals or travel and no escape method without an elytra the only con is that it might be difficult to get the prisoner into but you just have to capture them and throw them on some flying machine very high up with guards also on it so if they try funny business they die and you can get them to set there spawn in an obsidian cage above the end portal so you can move them

But that gives the same problems as an end prison: you just prevent ppls from entering/obtaining later, but some1 could already have 3 skulls

The perfect prison is minecraft itself. If you start playing, you can quit the game, you can uninstall the game, you can destroy your pc... But minecraft will be there in your mind forever until your life counter drops to zero.

You mention the RaysWorks prison several times, however you seem to forget that RaysWorks prison was made into a trap IN THE VIDEO! You could easily make that trap more effective but still.
If we dont count the fact that without reingforced deepslate ( wich is not obtainable ) no prison is wither proof so with that out of the way i think this is as good as Gias vault ( and reingforced deepslate came out like 7 and a half months after this video )
I think ZPI's protect any online player that is within it's range, hence why it is called zone protection.

You have absolutely no reason to expect being imprisoned since it's involuntary so it would be improbable for you to have an enderpearl stasis chamber, let alone an unloaded/lazy loaded one

this is very late but i wouldnt say all are for roleplay, if it's a hardcore server they don't really have a choice. be killed meaning your kicked from the server probably forever unless theres a way to revive or enter the prison where you still have a fighting chance

don't mean to be a nerd, but a magnetar is much deadlier then a pulsar. A magnetar is basically a pulsar that emits extreme magnetic forces. These forces are so powerful that in 2004, a magnetar had a starquake and released so much magnetic energy that it actually altered the Earth's magnetic field from over 100 million light-years away.

So you said no chunk bans, but you used a ZPI...which is effectively a togglable chunk ban. This prison is basically a chunk ban with some blocks where the prisoner would log in. There is no reason for the guards to remove the ZPI if they want the prisoner to be trapped, and the main prison section serves no purpose. It doesn't even help to prevent others from breaking the prisoner out.

Just say the world borders and bedrock are the prison walls, you have to be outside both of them.

use new block from new snapshot and you will not be able to escape sice it takes ultimate long time to mine it, TNT and wither dont break that bloc and piston can push it, so take all item, but player in box that wil close by like 5 layers of that block
