HeliService: CIP - Customer Information Portal

As we are always striving to optimize our services, we have developed an information portal for our customers and business partners - the Customer Information Portal.
The CIP is intended to be the place or platform where our customers can find all relevant information on flight operations and related topics such as Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), customs, contract information and others. The CIP also contains Key Performance Indicators, which are developed individually according to specific customer needs. The CIP is an information and collaboration platform that provides our customers and business partners with the full range of available information- all managed and stored in one central.
To ensure that the information is always up to date, we generally update the information once a week. The update frequency can be changed if needed.
