Hi Rahul, thanks for watching (sorry about the sound quality 😬). First off if you want to learn more, I will be posting a video about the top areas in Oshawa based on schools, which should be live in the next few weeks.
I believe there are pockets in McLaughlin, Pinecrest, O'Neil, Eastdale, samac and Donevon that could work for you and your family. Depending on where determines the type of house your looking at. Some areas will be townhomes, some Some detached and some bungalows. Some areas of Pinecrest could get you a link (detached outside but linked at the footings.

@@rahuldubey3423 sounds good. Don't be afraid to reach out early and get the ball rolling. We could pin point specific areas and I would set you up to receive automatic emails so you can track the areas and pricepoint. This way when the time comes, you've been following the market.
