Processing through music (journal entry 2)

On this channel, I don’t do much “journaling” anymore… keeping the content “separate” isn’t hard, though, it’s me(a real person and stuff) and I do talk about men’s mental health. And this my friends, current moment, I am processing a lot. I am doing things to keep myself “above the water line” and it’s not easy. Today is technically day 3 after my fathers passing. This video was me just getting emotions out that weren’t tears, since the truth is that it’s all gratitude and love and respect for this human experience. And we’re all here for that anyway, until we’re more anymore. I’m sure there will be more personal stuff (content) on my personal channel ‪@cheynefellrubbertramp‬ here soon. So if you like this kinda stuff, there’s more over there that’s just me doing locs n whatnot.
I post this here for a couple reasons. Mental health being first, to have record of where I was at the time for when I have old people brain, and then to let you guys in on where my head and heart are right now, and gift you some music coming out of me. It’s not hair things, though it’s a creative outlet of mine, and it’s what I can do right now.
The video that posted this morning was already scheduled last week, so I’m thankful I did that to keep things on the channel fresh for you guys.
