shoutout to y'all for uploading this to the 400 community. i got daytonone spacers
Oh sick! Ya Daytonaone spacers arent as big as these ones but they do the same job. Easy to install honestly, hope it helped!
Thanks man this helped a lot
This go for the Ls430 too? Got one right now and am trying to find any info for the engine raise or subframe raising for the 430 but haven’t found any luck:(
So do you have to do both the engine and trans mounts for the engine to raise? Or could you just do the two engine mounts?
how do you get rid of wheel droop.?
How close is the engine to the water control valve for the heater on the firewall?
I deleted mine and added in a 90 degree elbow due to it being frail and cracking into pieces when I raised my subframe. It will need to be rerouted like mine or capped off
Lmao my ls400 is walled like the donk caddy but slammed like yours👌
So does putting in these spacers lower your subframe to the ground then?
No, the engine and trans is raised since the sliders go between the subframe and the engine/trans. The subframes stay where the are, everything else moves up some
Doesn't raising the engine and trans plus modifying the subframe mess with he geometry of the drive train? The engine and trans sit higher up than its designed to soi was wondering if there would be any issues
Well I already raised my rear subframe and differential, and corrected for pinion angle. I made sure that my driveshaft to a straight, these engine and transmission risers aren’t enough to throw off the driveshaft angle more than I’d say a degree. Nothing that would be enough to cause damage, that’s why they made and aren’t super thick, Many many people use them but good question
@@OCTANEANDZIPTIES ahh okay. I assumed that that would be the case but I figured I'd ask. Keep it up man. I've always wanted an ls400 but life keeps throwing curve balls. One day I'll build one
Hell ya! Keep the positivity, good things come to good people so keep pushing and it’ll happen 💪
First🤞🏼
AYEEEE
Logan!! I need help! I can’t seem to raise the tranny mount up to fit the spacers. It only raise’s up like 2 mm. Not enough for me to fit the spacer in. Any idea why?
I have no idea, something has to be hitting or kinked somewhere!
@@OCTANEANDZIPTIES I figured it out. The mount was sticking to the subframe, so I took a pry bar and wedge it in there and made it popped out from each other. Thanks for replying back brother!!! Keep up the good work!!!
First!!!
💪💪💪
Does this work on the ucf10?
Yes the engine/trans spacers are the same
Where you get the risers from?
Just seeing this as well, sorry but I believe I just replied to you on FB?
@@OCTANEANDZIPTIES that’s correct. Appreciate that g
Where’d you get the spacers?
Just Amazon
@@OCTANEANDZIPTIES cap there aren’t any on eBay or Amazon i don’t know why tho. But I ordered from Daytonaone website. Hopefully they have some in stock still. The Instagram is still active so that’s good news. Hopefully they come quick. @acidross is my Instagram if u wanna check my ls400 out
