Respect is important, i think the coach is right in stemming out disrespect. All coaches demand respect, over the years after Fergie left, the players lacked respect, work ethics, and forgot what playing for United demanded. Ten Hags is moving this team in the right direction, and if CR 7 doesnt like it, he can move on.
My take on this is,
I think the manager Ten Hag's approach is strict discipline like in armies, commanders, scout, where he wants uniformity, discipline & respect, team spirit to club. I highly support this approach in a team
