    I suffered a year ago with scitica l5 disc bulge but recovered alhamdulillah but by following your videos I got relief from lighter buttock pain to thigh ..you are amazing and the best fo scitica pain relief exercises thank u so much sir...lots of prayers from Pakistan 🙏🙏🙏

    Sir your program is good for patients.my problem is unfused apophysis antero inferior vertebral end plate of CV5 is seen.Bilateral cervical ribs are seen.
    Its cervical spine result.
    Lumber sacral spine result is uninstall sacralizatiin of LV5 is seen on right withbreduce disc between LV5-S1 .when i bent i feel pain to stand bt not severe pain.

    Thanks Doctor !! I'hv been suffering with this horrible pain frm last 3 months , but it started when I fell down on my butts ... since then treating it with lots of therapy nd spent lot of money ...last night I was in pain nd scrolling on CZcams then I saw Sukoon nd click on this video ....I start doing those soft stretching right away nd I cannt believe this morning I woke up pain free ...now I know tht I should deal with piriform not sciatica !!

    Dr I have plantar fasciitis. I go for walks with orthotic insoles. My insoles got worn out and ever since I have been getting pain from side of my waist which goes down to my foot. I don't know what it is. If I turn to my side. I feel pinching effect. Pl advice. I also have disc bulge.
