    ✍🏻RECIPE:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲, soak Tamarind 3-4 hours then remove seeds. Heat a pan, add Tamarind Pulp, jaggery, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Chat Masala, Roasted Cumin Powder, Hing Powder, Black Salt, Dry Ginger Powder. Cook till it turns thick. Take it out into a bowl and keep it cook.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭, keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Green Chili, Roasted Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Water, boiled Ragda/White Matar and boiled Potato and cook well.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐢, on a thali add Semolina, Maida and bind the dough with club Soda Water. Knead the Dough until it turns smooth and soft. Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then divide it into two portions and roll it in Round shape one by one. Fry them on high flame and after some time turn the flame medium to make them crispy. Serve the Ragda Pudi Chat with Green Chutney, Sweet Chutney, Coriander Leaves and Sev.
