  • I have been putting this video off for SO long, but here she is! Here are my top 12 REALLLL tips and tricks on how you can complete 75 Hard. If you asked me a little over a year ago if I would ever do 75 Hard, I would have said absolutely not. And now, I’ve done it twice!     I was at day 60 whenI I failed due to a show that I gave that day and 2 unusual intense days that gives so little space to train, I decide to finish it anyway and to restart after. For me, to finish anyway even if that don’t count is like finishing a marathon even if I don’t win, this is for me a way to show up until the end. I was uncomfortable to restart the day after, I felt like a quitter. That’s my way of failing it and pursue my intention.

    The key to be most productive is doing a 75 hard...I did it too (minus the gym part 😂) but it works
