    Thank you for your input. I just finished my " now" loved it. Guy at the store said it's unflavored. I said good I can my it taste like anything I want than. Good job thanks again

    I know with that gold standard they have about 5g of bcaa which I love. I know that will could as some of the extra. But the now doesn't, but there are some that do

    I been using now protein isolate unflavored kind adding fruits peanut butter and organic vanilla extract.Give you a peace of mind that you get high quality product without the bs.

    It's okay I guess.There are flavored ones like cookies'n cream but I like the fact that the product is one of the purest in the market.

      Yes exactly. I like to mix it in a fruit smoothie or cottage cheese with fruit. Can't even taste it

    Here is an insider secret: See how each says it contains milk and soy on each bottle. They don't have to tell you how much of that protein is soy or casein based. They do not have to tell you how much is whey. you could have 24g of protein, but it means protein. Another insider secret. If you get flavored (sucralose, stevia, or sugar) you promote estrogen build up and they use some pretty knarly chemicals to get the right flavor. Last insider secret: This guy is for serious beginners, but he tries. The ordering of ingredients goes from largest to smallest, but, if you know basic math, that could be any percentage of the product. Real athletes use lab tested pure whey. You know that liquid that sits on too of yogurt. A bottle of that, no flavor, no fake sugar crap. Has to be organic, grass fed cows milk cultured to yogurt. And eat only organic grass fed cows and forget chicken unless it is organic.

    I go to the Gym regularly, Im a fairly medium skinny guy (65 kg / 143.3 pounds), and my hight is 1.8m.
    I cant seem to get the nice muscular body that I want and its really hard for me to gain weight. I eat a lot of meat, bread and vegetables but with little effect. I look athletic but still skinny, I want to weigh 80kg because all my friends who have muscles all weigh between 75 to 85 kg, so I figure its the most perfect weight to be in.
    What Whey protein can would you recomend to use for a guy like me? Id appreciate it!

      Mr Sisel try using serious mass , it's a mass gainer that is rich in carbs and has a little fair share of protein , the ideal choice for hardgainers , because you don't need whey until you put on some weight first 😉

      Mr Sisel try drinking some Casein before bed. It's a slow release. Try some Almond milk with Casein. Google Casein do some reading on it. Toss in half a bannana. Blend it up drink it down hit the bed.

      Arthur Smith i agree with your advise , only be careful with the almond milk if your lactose intolerant. Good luck adding weight man !

      Three years old but i will tell you, man, clean carbs is the answer, potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats and rice. You get 75 grams oats and 450 grams of the rest interchangeably every day divided into 4 meals or more plus protein with every meal and veggies, some serious workout and a protwin supplement
