Can anyone suggest the tool to use to track down the share price details and if it is falling down to make a sell if it goes beyond certain percentage so that I can sell those shares that I have in my portfolio. Since market is volatile, I am not to keep my eye all the time to watch the share price of each of the stocks which are going down . Can someone help? Thanks in advance. What do the promoters do with the loan amount so obtained? Are there any guidelines to use the loan amount only for the Company's business? How is it relevant that the promoters obtain loan against their shares to pay dividend to the shareholders, the greater portion of which goes to the promoters as they hold more than 50% of the shares? Is it a good practice to pay dividends by borrowing funds by the promoters from Banks, when in reality the company has not surplus profit to distribute the dividend?
