This guy has the Holy Spirit guiding him as he preach. The old wineskin is our old heart which is like a heart of stone that when we look sinful people we detest them and having no compassion for them. The old wine is our old spirit which is a corrupted spirit. Corrupted by false doctrine of men or traditions of men which leads to being judgemental and having heart of stone. Now the new wineskin is a new heart which is the heart of flesh where God would write/put his law. And the new wine is the new spirit which can only be put in a new heart. Old man to a new man. This is talking about being born again with new heart where the new spirit can dwell which is the spirit of love , joy, peace, longsuffering, goodness, gentleness and faithfulness. This is what I understood as he preached. And this understanding did not come from me but from the word of God which I read/hear from the past but has not understood until now after I have heard him preaching
