Is an interval of 120000km for DSG 7 speed in newer models OK, or should be less? VW recomends 120000km. What about an inner filter change and cleaning magnets?
Great video...the 2nd plug you took out on the side..mechatronic...Does the oil you put in for the main gearbox fill that somehow ( Mechatronic)? Thanks
Hi, I just did oil service on my dq381 mechanic said he filled only 5 liters of oil and check the level was ok how is that possible? Didnt drain the oil from mechatronic bolt maybe??? Help
I have a Skoda Kodiaq 1.5 TSI 2019 model with 104,000 km. My car's transmission type is DQ381 (with beige overflow pipe). I changed the transmission oil and filter a week ago, but after this change, when my vehicle is idling, the gear is in D position and my foot is fully pressing the brake, a gurgling sound comes from the transmission. While this sound is heard, when I shift the gear to N, the sound disappears. What do you think could be the reason for this? I also want to give you this information. After the transmission oil change, there is no problem in shifting gears and the gear shifts are quite smooth. The only problem is this gurgling noise when idling. Additionally, I should also point out this. It doesn't make this noise every time it is idle or in standby. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. What could be the source of the problem? Transmission oil change was done exactly as in the video. I didn't have such a problem before the transmission oil change. I do not know what to do…
@@brahimmimoun8235 My vehicle has a dsg gearbox called Dq381 type wet clutch. The dsg transmission of the Dq200 type is called dry clutch and takes about 1.7 liters of transmission oil. I know that a separate mechatronic oil is used for the mechatronics part and a separate type of transmission oil is used for the transmission part. But for the dsg transmission of the dq381 type, around 6-6.5 liters of transmission oil is used and the transmission oil needs to be changed every 60,000 km. But I think authorized services do not recommend changing the transmission oil in dq200 type dry clutch dsg transmissions.
Wrong. Red overflow pipe dont need to loosen 2 turns. Can be tightened fuĺly. If you have the white yellowish Pipe then yes, loosen for 2 turns. And after correct oil level is reached then it can be tightened to 3nm.
Hello, are you sure that there is 6L only? By the guide it says 6,5L, after oil change, the screw is there or not at all, so oil can flow out? Would you recemend only original oil or any with the correct specification.
so, I added 6 liters of oil with the help of the hose, I left the hose connected until the oil reached the optimal temperature to check the level, I disconnected the hose, did the level and put the screw, from 6 liters of oil you will be left with about 4 ,7 - 5 liters. I stopped using the original oil because of the high costs, I bought liqui moly which I used in dq381 and dq250 and I can say that I did not notice any difference, both traveled over 10k km, the only difference was in my pocket, the cost being half that of the original oil
Looking to purchase a diesel dsg vw touran or tiguan. I'm avoiding the 1.6tdi in the touran as they have the dreaded dq200 dry clutch. Can someone please confirm which touran and tiguan diesels have 7 speed wet clutch? I know some 2.0L engine have 6speed wet dsg but do any have 7 speed wet? Which years etc that's serviceable i.e. fluid and filter every 40K-ish Thanks ✌️
Touran dq250 ( 2.0tdi) oil change 60k ,Tiguan dq381 from 1.5tsi etc ( because car Weight) oil change 120 k ( but on 80k Will be better). For regular or tuned dsg use MOTUL MULTI DCTF oil.
Finally someone doing it the right way. Good job!

Is there anywherte to check that oil has actually been changed? (if I take it to the service)
As another filling alternative, can I fill the transmission oil over the top of the oil filter opening with a funnel?

Yes, when you start the car it will fill the mechatronic unit.

Why not just fill the same amount of oil in what came out and drive?
Здравствуйте! Через сколько км., посоветуете менять масло в DQ 381? Заранее спасибо за ответ.

Hello i have a tiguan with same engine, so the dsg code has to be the same as you? Its not the DQ200 without oil?
