I agree with that sentiment, I couldn't care less about getting weekly content just for the sake of it. I have plenty of ways to pass the time on PC and IRL. Quality > Quantity

It's cool to be a channel that only puts out videos that you're really passionate about rather than churning them out for the all consuming machine. It's cool to be surprised when a new video is out and know it's going to be good. Reminds me of when Pint puts out videos, you know it's going to be good.

I can’t believe how hard your intro hits my nostalgia vein. I miss the WoW classic days, feels like an eternity ago. As long as you make videos, I’m gonna watch!
That voice helped me to get through some rough and lonely times. I remember watching your videos with pleasant anticipation like a movie on a Friday/Saturday night with snacks on the couch. Those WoW nostalgia videos were like a time machine for me and helped to forget the present for a time. Listening to your voice again makes me so happy.

Mindlessly sitting in my computer just to see a madseason video pop and my brain goes "YES", can't help but smile because you have no idea how much your classic wow series helped me through some of my darkest times, not only you became the best wow content creator but your "monotone" voice is a mayor selling point because of how easy it is to hear, you truly sound like in peace while talking about whatever in that moment. Glad you are doing better and hope you and yours will be even better on the future
Basically I've just discovered that MadSeason is literally nostalgia. His whole channel hits the nostalgia bone. His content is mostly talking about older games, and he himself just loving making the content and seemingly not caring about profit is a throwback to old CZcams. We love you MadSeason!

The past two and a half years, my mom has been battling stage 4 cancer. We have gone through a lot, and I've had to deal with anxiety and pain more severe than I ever could have imagined. Your videos were truly a huge part of what has allowed me to get through this. They bring such comfort, calm, and passion into the lives of your viewers - many of whom have, silly as it sounds, been deeply affected by your work. Thank you for what you do and how you do it.

My mom battled sepsis and lost her arms and legs. Life was pretty painful and the only thing worse was when she passed in 2020. It's hard to lose a parent.

I actually had barely noticed the absence, just sort of accepted that after the wow quit and the pivot to pandora's box that it'd just be longer between videos, like other video essay / documentary channels, and the quality is definitely worth the wait ^^

Your videos feel like visits from a wizard or something, tbh. I never really sit there eagerly awaiting the next one, or get impatient when you don't post, but whenever you show up it's like "oh shit, I have a new thing to talk about and enjoy for the day"

MadSeason is the only content creator that is immune from the content gap problem. Dude can put out a video every two years if he wants, and I'll be there each time to support it. I've been watching Show for almost 9 years, and in a way we grew up a bit together. Show is the GOAT, and the true people's champ!

I never considered the wait for a new video from this channel a bad thing since the end product is worth it. Rather you take your time for health/family especially if you can afford to since not sure if you're reliant on channel revenue.

okay, the idea of you covering gaming history is absolutely 100% a golden idea. there are some channels that cover that stuff but i don't think there is a popular channel that covers gaming history specifically, at least not one that i've heard of. to me you really embody the online image of a relatable gamer who has been around the block and spent countless years playing games and learning about them. with your humor, editing skills, storytelling, presentation skills, covering these sorts of topics, people outside of the wow community would absolutely eat it up and love you.

If I got diagnosed with nostalgia. Main symptom would be queuing a playlist I have of your videos. Mainly WoW related. I haven't played it for years , nor have you. But chill time at home, at work, or just when feeling down , your videos and voice have a remedy that's hard to describe.
