they're super proud of her but they wish she had stayed in the christian realm of the music industry. I could tell that her parents were still standoffish about her pop music career at the time.

yes i met them too when i was 15 and they were really cool and funny its a very interesting situation, they preached at my grandpas church back then and from what i can see they are proud, i think they've learned to just love people the way they are.
