How to fix P2279 Code: Intake Air System Leak
A P2279 code is set when the computer (ECM/PCM) detects an intake air leak using information from a sensor.
Sensors reporting to the computer can vary but include the Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF), Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (MAP), and Air Intake Temperature Sensor (IAT).
Causes include a bad hose, leaky gasket, or bad sensor.
Possible Causes of a P2279 Code:
Intake Air Leak (Vacuum Leak)
Bad Sensor (MAF, MAP, IAT)

How about po2099 on a 2015 gmc sierra 1500 5.3 the scanner saying system to rich my stft on bank 2 is -20 ltft is -15 I monitor the oxygen upstream sensor staying rich and downstream is flat line only switching to 500mv power and ground are ok
