Basmati rice - 1 glass (200 gm approx.)
Boiled eggs- 4
Boiled potato- 2 (optional)
Onion- 5
Tomato- 1
Green chilli- 3
Ginger paste -1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Mint leaves -1/3 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Shahi biryani masala - 3 tsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Cooking oil- 5 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water - 1.25 glass
Saffron/food colour
Mace, dry red chilli, clove, bay leaves, cinnamon, black caradamom

I tried this recipe today. It turned out to be the best Egg Biryani I have ever tasted. It turned out so well . I dint have curd so I mixed lemon juice in milk and it worked wonders. Also since I dint have biryani masala I added Maggi Magic Masala. The taste turned out Amazing.
