6 eggs
300 grama rice
3 medium onions
1 bay leaf clove cardamom
cinnamon pepper star anise
1 big tomato pureed
2 tbsp yoghurt optional
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies slit
1 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
to marinate eggs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch red chilli
for rice
2 litres water
1 bay leaf
clove cardamom cinnamon
pepper star anise cumin seeds
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp oil or ghee
few drops lemon juice

If egg first boiled then fried the n cook Ed with masala n d rice. All egg total time more than 15min.so don't eggs become rock hard.?.PL answer.tnx
