She is a narcissistic psychopath. Also a killer.
Agreed, Judge Bev is not always professional herself; but laughing or smiling because her attorney disagrees w/Judge shows a lack of awareness of how serious the whole situation she’s in happens to be.
Anyone who watched this trial was left with a bad taste in their mouth for the MA "justice" system. MA taxpayers should be outraged and demand action from Governor Maura Healey.

I'm outraged this judge didn't recluse herself. Judge bev is horrible, how many times did she heavily sigh into the mic during this trial. Also bad bev needed to recluse herself because she's auntie bev to the alberts. Its so messed up and judge bev ruined this trial by the constant interruptions with the many side bars, threatening to turn off the ac and letting lally ramble nonsense. How many times did lally ask about the basketball game that night, really? Isnt this about officer okeefe. Bad bev and lally missed the assignment of what this trial should be about and in their minds its to clear their own names even though they're not on trial. This judge bad bev is a joke 😂😂😂

Her laugh was from sheer disgust & I don't blame her, the jury instructions gives the impression finding her guilty as the only choice. This trial is a sham & I honestly cannot believe it actually made it this far with so much DOUBT. . I hope shes found innocent, I really believed in the beginning she did it, but now with all that has come out, I'm actually SHOCKED & that rarely happens.
I’m glad her lawyer made such a fuss, after the judge told him off she knew she’d have to agree with him. The judge crawled back and agreed.
Bev knows she’s about to be reprimanded, so she’s taking her rage out on Karen.
More likely the judge is tired of seeing all the eye rolls and sparky looks that Karen has constantly displayed throughout this trial. No tears for John though.

There have been men who confessed to murder and sentenced to the DP who had their sentences overturned by SCOTUS for smaller mistakes than Trooper Proctor’s text messages where I’m from. And its taking so long because its a cop that died. theres definitely a case and shes definitely guilty. Unreasonable doubt isnt grounds for not guilty verdict.

This case has given me another perfect example to show people, in a nutshell, what I always say about dating or marrying law enforcement. DON’T DO IT. Statistically they are already more likely to be violent abusers, alcoholics & control freaks. So what happens when they end up being a part of that statistic? Who do you call to save you?? Oh yeah… their freaking coworkers! And remember, law enforcement works closely with prosecutors, judges, local government etc.
And I’m not saying all cops are abusers fyi, but I am saying that it’s the number one profession for abusers and the odds are not in your favor for your safety or justice if that happens. Same goes for custody battles and divorce. Just NOPE.

Years ago I was arrested and was so scared! I couldn't stop crying to the point of tears. The judge kept asking me what was so funny, and I tried to tell him when I'm nervous I can't stop laughing. He threatened to throw me Into a cell but I seriously couldn't .

The form is standard. It puts Not Guilty as the first option at the top of the form. Everyone calling the judge corrupt should look at the verdict slip. Option 1 is not guilty of all charges. if that option is not selected, individual guilty verdicts are to be itemized below.

In my recent experience as a juror in a federal death penalty case both sides work together to finalize together that jury form. Thus there should not be any doubt in the jury form.

Why do news people always say “guys” when handing it back to female and male colleagues?
I don’t know if they got what they wanted in the end. Maybe I missed something but I thought they wanted not guilty to be displayed as a tick box just like the guilty vote. However I think they settled with wording being rewritten along with a clear explanation within the jury verdict forms. I might be wrong.

The deleting of footage, crime scene and evidence not properly being investigated, the google search, the reselling of the dog and remodelling the home, the video of the car and deleting evidence - I’m not saying she’s innocent, but she is not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Still don't understand how it's taking so long. All they need to have heard was the Prosecution's own ME saying it's undetermined AND not consistent with being hit buy a car. Reading some of these comments, I wonder , did some of you not watch the Trial? She is 💯 innocent! And as for the drunk driver , they were ALL drunk Driving ( & mostly Cops!) & John Okeefe God rest his soul, knowingly & willingly got into a Lexus SUV fully aware Karen was drunk. That itself is a risk . Period. But she was gone by 12:30, she connected to WiFi at JO house at 12:36 .. & JO cell phone recorded movement at 12:32 .. there is NO way she hit him! She Wasn’t there!! Though Jenn McCabe LIED and said she was at 12:45… dog gone, deleted text, destroyed phones, Dog Gone, Floor torn up , NO record of her EVER saying “I hit him” , NO Body , Ford Edge parked where JO body was found at 3:30 am ( JO at 6:00 or so) & so much more.. explain ALL that away then Maybe you can convince me she did it lol..
