    I think this looks really great. Sit down with your acoustic guitar, turn on a pattern and instant inspiration. Instead of playing the same old songs over and over give them a new feel. I think this looks like a very handy practice and song writing tool.

    I can't play as you do but I get by with my group 'Good Question' and that unit would be a great asset to our sound.

    I just got my rhythm partner and LOVE it. I would be great fun if you could recommend some drum patterns for calypso, country, rock….. I find it hard to match a pattern to a song. Do you know of any lists of drum patterns? Thanks in advance for your help.

    I remember the old school Dr Rhythm from the early 90’s which means it was probablylate 80s it was amazing I wish I had that today. This is a completely different animal with the same name. Nothing similar at all.

    I got one and it is fantastic. Very easy to programme and set up for live. Four big and easy to fix problems. Biggest issue only 50 saved favourites, which is far too few. I filled it up in a week. There is no excuse for this. Memory is cheap. I use for live gigs and my repertoire is very broad. I play about 30 songs in 2 sets and I also play two types of gigs so I run out of saved settings. Second problem, lack of Borane for Irish music. I don’t need 15 types of metronome. Third problem there is a very restricted set of sounds for 6/8 and 3/4. I play folk, flamenco and classical, and use this time signature all the time. Finally, why no ability to move through favourites with a foot switch? Live this would be really useful (you have to be next to the box when playing live and this can be a problem). All of that said, it is brilliant and every player singer should have one.

      Hi Martin, is the sound quality through pa good? I am looking for a drum machine which can accompany my guitar live. Thanks

      @@chrismcparland5274 Hi Yes it is working well for me. Get a decent cable, its a small jack in the back which isnt ideal, they should fix that on the next one also. I use a two meter cable to the PA so I can get close to the controller and I use a music stand to place the controller close up. Another thing to fix next time they should put a mic stand female on the bottom. Anyhow I use an FS-6 controller and I do very well. I have a drum machine, but tbhis is easier to set up and I use the FS-6 to start stop and bring the drums in and out. This gets some good effects. Its the ease of set up that I like. Hope that helps.

    Só mais a dr-3 ou a dr- 880 que isso ae.A Boss tá bom de tomar vergonha na cara, em vez de criar um editor de bateria igual a dr-880, criar uma bosta dessa ae

    • @RosalvoParadella
      @RosalvoParadella Před 3 lety

      Acho um desperdício a Boss ter colocado esses sons nessa bateria. A Boss DR3 teria muito mais potencial se tivesse esse sons. Tive a DR880, e fiquei muito decepcionado com o estilo de programação dela. Mas os sons eram fenomenais, tipo os dessa DR01s. A DR3 não tem triângulo, pandeiro, jamblocks, surdão, etc. Mas eu prefiro muito mais a DR3 pela facilidade de programação e os fills, os recursos em geral. Só ficou faltando nela também uma entrada pra mais 2 pedais.

    Humans: Every day more lonely and more obsolete. Is that why there are no more big bands, big musical groups, makers of musical trends?

      Computers can make music entirely without human beings. This kind of device is a tool for helping humans make music. It's just that you don't have to pay a drummer.

    It's just another drum machine...👎The digitech Trio plus costs the same amount of money and produces drums and BASS!!! For any style of music. It has a looper and you can change the tempo with changing the pitch. It is revolutionary!!! This is old hat!
