With rising feminism and increase in the number of FemiNazis , if you want a peaceful life and dont want your life's savings stolen by a crazy women, the best course of action for you would be to either 1. Dont get married and have a common law partner arrangement if your country has it 2. Have a very clear pre-nup arrangement. If you read the wording of judgements carefully, it feels like it's written in a manner to do grand standing and self-grandiose. A common person understands nothing what is written in the verdict so that a lawyer is needed for the interpretation only. Judgements are written for law schools, not for the citizens. I tell you one recent article that i read, where a divorced husband is paying his ex-wife maintainance every month as per court order, but his wife is hiring gigolos or male prostitutes and having sexual realationships with randam people. So the husband, caught her with lot of proofs and went to the court for dismissal of the maintainance amount or alimony, the court said they cannot stop her alimony just because she is hiring male prostitutes or having sex with random people...!!! The shocked everyone and still I am trying to understand, why the court of law would support a women illegally or in unjust ways ???

Before going to marry or apply for marriage registration, why isn't there an agreement that if divorce happens, then there are so many consequences.
The agreement should clearly state the IPC sections under which husbands can be tried. This will reduce the number of marriages, and hence number of divorces. Will increase husband's demands in the marriage market when many women will be left single and they will demand courts to reverse the gender biased laws
Would also help to reduce the population.

No. Prenups have no legal standing in India, for that matter even in the United States. No matter where is your marriage registered in India. Goa has this old-age Portugese civil law in-force that covers only the marriage, divorce and maintenance. I'm not sure if it includes adoption, inheritance and succession which is why it's not a full-fledged Uniform Civil Code. Your civil case of divorce in Goa can be taken up to Bombay High Court anytime and any prenup you've signed will be discarded.
