I have a desire to study Torah because I have a desire to know and understand Hashem. To know who He is,His purpose and his will for me.But how can I know and understand Hashem if I the Gentile aren’t allowed to study Torah?
All human race are created in Hashems' image. He imparted a part of Him in to us from the beginning that will always cause us human to seek something to worship.
Therefore in my opinion the Torah should be allowed to be studied by anyone who desired to seek and worship Hashem Eloheicha the only true G-d,so that we can establish that relationship with Him which was broken from the beginning to worship and praising Him with a deeper meaning of understanding His word and love.

@lanietahakafa1056 I completely understand what you are saying, and I think if you listen carefully to what I've said in this video you will understand that Torah study is largely permitted even for non-Jews, though there are certain areas of exception. Your best approach would be to seek out a rabbi or female Jewish Torah teacher for guidance in all you wish to know and study. They will help you achieve what it is you seek along an authentic and acceptable path according to the law. You may feel free to contact me via social media or other means. Why does the Talmud forbid in some places the in-depth study of the Noachid Torah?
Perhaps this is due to the fear of bad repercussions that may arise from unskillful and unskillful Torah study. Which in turn can lead to heresy, rather the person should listen to people who are profoundly qualified and trained in the Torah, such as; Rabbi Mallot.
I have read and I know that e.g. Rabbinic sages in the matter of * "Maase Merkava" ** from the description in ** [Mishnah], ** Rabbinic authorities discourage the study of this passage and say that only a person of great intellectual ability can learn this and understand this vision.
The Talmud calls this passage, along with other passages from other prophets and Daniel's book, "Sitrei Torah" (Hidden Torah). These passages with mystical and kabbalistic references should not, according to the Talmud, be studied by anyone, but only by those who have studied the Torah for many years and have given them a profound knowledge of the revealed fragments of the Tanakh.
According to [the Talmud], only one person with the following five qualities could learn from a teacher about "Maase Merkava": In short, Halacha states that "no one" should teach these mystical visions in depth for fear of misunderstanding their meaning, and that this study may cause such a person to depart from those who study them and, consequently, to depart from faith and religious practice. Perhaps just for such an example; noachida should not study Torah law alone, lest he distort it and spread heresy through his misunderstanding.

So he says a non-jew should not have in depth study of the Torah, correct? Or I'll rephrase should not have knowledge of more intimate deeper Torah knowledge. So does this mean the non-jew should study enough to make a decision and have rabbi approval to become a Jew, to be allowed to thus study the Torah in depth? Also for the other group allowed to study the Torah (but not in-depth) how do they go about doing this? do they speak with a rabbi and do some self or guided study are they allowed to go to the Jewish synagogue weekly study/ meetings? Or, they do more self-study and study guided by Rabbi until it is deemed that they can go to a synagogue to participate in person?
It sort of sounds like depending on where the person is at on their understanding of core judaism principles & their adherence to it, they could be allowed to attend synagogue regularly. However the delineating line about in depth I can only speculate as a certain level of deeper things/ knowledge a rabbi or someone deeply studied in the faith may share - ie this not ethnic jewish person may not have access to this deeper secret or private knowledge of the faith. Finally, what is to be said for instance of the people who are not ethnic Jews who go on to become Jewish, some of whom go on for example to study to become Rabbis. - for instance what is the delineating line that ultimately allows them to truly fully participate ? Ie I would assume it would be perhaps some years of devotion & adherence etc, I don't know - just my own speculation. and of course I'm talking about somewhat more progressive Judaism not perhaps very exclusive ultra Orthodox communities.

There are 3 different gedarim/categories of non-Jews: ger toshav, ben Noach, goy/akum/cusi.

Non-Jews may read Torah in Hebrew (or any language of it is a reliable translation, but should still have a God-fearing Torah teacher to ask questions to.
It is not recommended to study Gemara on one's own without a qualified teacher. Understanding Gemara takes years of training and reading it specifically can lead to gross misunderstanding and misapplication.

@@Bellg Because of the verse: "Moses commanded to Torah to us; it is the heritage of the Congregation of Jacob" (Deut. 34:4). We also find the verse, "He tells his word to Jacob, His statutes and laws to Israel. He did not do so for all nations, and they have not known the laws, Hallelujah (Praise God)!" (Psalms 147:19-20). The Torah is the unique "intellectual property" of the nation of Israel, and this by Divine design. In order to uphold these verses, and, apparently, the will of the Almighty, we do not allow the Torah to become "public domain;" there must be some restriction in access to those who are not a part of the Congregation of Jacob. For a non-Israelite to pursue beyond this limitation is seen as an illegal act, a trespass, and perhaps worse, a violation of the intimate relationship between the Almighty and Israel, which is forged through the bond of our covenant, the Torah.
Your statement demonstrates a "glass half-empty" outlook. While true there is not complete access (according to Jewish law) to all forms of study by a non-Israelite, and therefore, one may not study it WHOLLY, the "partial" study that is permitted is quite extensive and ecstatic, IMO. For example, at its most basic level, I mention in the video that the entire Hebrew Scriptures is open for non-Jews to study. Many non-Jews, irrespective of Judaism, to begin with, do not seek to study beyond this as a matter of principal. This is the principle of "sola scriptura" (only scripture). Mind you, this is not a Jewish concept, but a Christian one. Now, to go beyond this, I also mentioned that the commentaries that explain the text according to its plain meaning are also open for non-Jews to study, as this study is not seen as "in-depth." Those commentaries are bursting with jewels of wisdom, beauty and inspiration. If I only had this I would be ecstatic, and could spend my entire life studying the range of these commentaries and never hunger. And there is yet more a non-Jew may study, but the minutiae of this point is not immediately relevant for this response. I would put to you -- after you've studied ALL THAT IS PERMITTED within the corpus of Torah literature to study, and one remains unsatisfied, let's have a further discussion regarding next steps. Practically speaking, most Jews don't cover the amount of study that I've already mentioned above in a lifetime (I'm not contending that it's required to study all these commentaries, but one certainly has the option). So I put to you that if you were to undertake it, you would never feel you've reached "the ceiling." You would not feel limited. The feeling of limitation you express is somewhat self-imposed. Like I said, if you complete all the non-controversial study and want more, let's talk. Access is open to join the Congregation of Jacob through a conversion process, though that is not something we encourage per se. Once in a conversion process (within the auspices of Orthodox Judaism), one is permitted to study any and all parts of Torah.
Finally, let me extend another invitation. I have produced on my channel a series of classes exploring the text of the Song of Songs (aka the Song of Solomon) with the classic commentary of Rashi, which is a "plain meaning" commentary. After about 30 sessions, we are up to Ch. 5 (of 8). The series is on hiatus presently while I'm starting a new full-time job, but you're welcome to view the recordings on CZcams and see for yourself what I mean about the beauty, wisdom and inspiration within even the plain text, when exposed by master scholars like Rashi. Once I get the series up and running again, God willing, I likewise extend the invitation for you to join the live classes or continue to catch the replays on my CZcams channel. Here is the playlist for that series: czcams.com/play/PLBwkDAxha8j5B14Ekbz5RQnL03CFokaHu.html
I hope this response is helpful.

@@RabbiRafiMollot Thank you for the extensive response Rabbi. I must say your answer does make sense to me, about how there is already so much for non-jews to learn that it is foolish to get caught up on what you cannot acces. Especially since 99.9% of the time people who ask this question probably haven't even completed reading the Chumash (for example). I see that my "half-empty" outlook was wrong.
What I still do not fully comprehend however, is why it must be punishable by death. I understand now that it is improper to study beyond that what was meant for you, but to say that going beyond that is cause for death still seems a little harsh to me. So I wonder, has any such penalty ever actually been carried out? Or is the "worthy of death" statement merely to illustrate that, in theory, learning beyond what is allowed is quite improper and the rabbis want to discourage and forbid it in the strongest way possible.
Sorry for all the questions, and thank you again for responding.

Yes, we believe all people are meant to know and worship the One True God of the Torah. That does not mean, however, that all people must convert to Judaism, rather, there are a subset of laws that all people must follow, usually called the Seven Laws of Noah, while Israel is specifically commanded in the 613 commandments of the Israelite Covenant. A non-Jew who observes the Seven Laws is considered righteous and earns a share in the World to Come. I have other videos on this topic on my channel.

It's hard to sum up in a few words but I'm try anyway. Essentially it boils down to classical Talmud study outside of the areas relevant to the Noahide Laws. It is important to note that the "capital offense" mentioned in the Talmud there is not literally a death penalty in a court of law, but a more homiletic statement emphasizing the gravity of the trespass of a non-Israelite into areas of study that are reserved for Israel.

@@RabbiRafiMollot Thank you Rabbi for your quick reply and the book recommendation. One more question if I may ask.. in one of the opinions, to establish a Law court is the highest amongst the seven Noahide laws. Righteousness (or charity) and JUSTICE are the foundation of G-d's thrown and are an important chunk of Taryag. Yet.. this is the very area that we (in many many countries, if not all) do not have it. Considering that, what is the most urgent thing each one of us, a Jew, or non-Jew, male or female, should do to bring rectification to the situation? To me, a goyah, Kabalah seems to have lots of answers to the current issues including re JUSTICE.. In the last four years, authentic Kabalah studies have become available even to non-Jews online. @@hirokoumc4841 What do you mean when you say that according to one of the opinions establishing courts of justice is the "highest" of the Noahide Laws? Which opinion do you mean? What do you mean by highest? I do not quite understand. And why do you say we do not have it? Must countries have courts that at least in theory aim to uphold justice, though I grant that in many countries these systems are actually corrupt and unjust. I don't see how Kabbalah offers the answers you seek. Kabbalah is mainly theoretical/philosophical, not practical, so I don't see how it helps one fulfill this. I also do not necessarily agree that authentic kabbalah studies are available online. Kabbalah is a highly esoteric volume of wisdom that can only be contemplated and understood by the most elite of scholars. What we find in the Internet with the label "kabbalah" is almost assuredly not the authentic article. However, as I noted, kabbalah teachings that relate to the Seven Noahide Laws may technically be studied by a non-Jew, so if these teachings truly shed light on these subjects, you have not crossed the line, however consider what I wrote above about the dubious authenticity of such teachings found on the Internet. In general, studying kabbalah, even for Jews, is discouraged unless one is very accomplished in other areas of Jewish scholarship. Without this prerequisite knowledge, kabbalah is easily misunderstood and misapplied, which is far more damaging than if one were to avoid the subject.

    • @RabbiRafiMollot
      @RabbiRafiMollot  Před měsícem +1

This is complex. Simply, it is "those parts relevant to the Seven Laws." However, one must know which parts those are, which are too many to enumerate here and now. Another problem with Talmud study in general is that it forms the foundation of our laws without actually being a work from which we directly adjudicate. The uninitiated may study the Talmud and take certain teachings hyperliterally or without the necessary context of other sources, thereby drawing erroneous and harmful conclusions. It is a text the methodology of which requires years of training to master. Therefore its study for non-Jews is generally wholly discouraged, especially without guidance. With the proper guidance however, these pitfalls can be avoided. Largely however, because of the above, the Talmud is not a "practical" text, and its study for Noahides is not essential. It is more important that they study their laws on a practical level and work on character refinement and performing acts of social justice. An excellent book for studying the laws of the Noahide is THE DIVINE CODE by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

If you mean that the Noahide code of law includes capital punishment as a possible penalty for one found guilty and deserving of such by a court of law, this is not unique to the Noahide code. The Torah includes capital punishment for Jews for sins that a Noahide is not even obligated to observe, and more severe forms of capital punishment at that. However, capital punishment within the Noahide code is the jurisdiction of the courts, which will likewise be judged by Noahides (gentiles). The courts are not obligated to enforce a death penalty, it is simply within their jurisdiction to do so should they feel it justified. Of course, even many modern countries, including the United States, reserve the right to enforce capital punishment in extreme cases. This is not something unique to the Noahide code. That said, within Jewish tradition, capital punishment is greatly discouraged, and when a means can be employed to forego capital punishment, this is the recommended avenue for the court to follow.

"Messianic Jews" are not an enviable group. Not only do they believe in Christian theology (which contradicts the Hebrew Scriptures), they masquerade deceitfully as Jews, infiltrate Jewish communities, and missionize from within. That, in my view, if far more nefarious than the sincere Christian who wishes to bring the "good news" to the Jews and tries to openly missionize. While Jews will opppose this, of course, at least those missionaries are honest in their intent, goals and tactics. @@mrsock3598 I don't understand your comments. God-fearing Jews are not Torah-observant Hebrew Israelites?
While the Torah is not explicit regarding commandments for non-Jews, the Torah is clearly a communication by God through Moses to the people of Israel, aside from the commandments heart by the entire nation at Sinai. The Torah is clearly primarily a communication to Israel, and there is clearly a distinction in the law between Israelite and non-Israelite. The question is, what are a non-Israelite's obligations and how do we know? Aside from an Oral Tradition on this subject, the Noahide Laws can be inferred from a careful reading of Scripture. See the commandments God communicates to Noah and his family following the flood. Clearly there were laws before this or the generation would not have been condemned to destruction by flood. We find murder (Cain and Abel), sexual immorality (Gen. 6, re: the daughters of man), robbery, etc... When the Scriptures address the shortcomings of the nations and their punishments, it is for these crimes. When Israel's shortcomings are addressed, the ritual laws specifically commanded to Israel (Sabbath, holidays, etc.) are also brought up (in addition to the moral shortcomings highlighted). There is a clear difference between these two groups. Because the (written) Torah addresses Israel, it speaks openly of their laws but indirectly about the laws of the nations. The specific laws of the nations are nevertheless known through Oral Tradition, along with a sensitive reading of Scripture as indicated.

They are coming to the Torah, after being drawn by the Ruach. I know the Spirit drew me to Matthew 5:17-20, and when I read it out loud, it hit me! Y’shua did not come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. He also said the the Shema is the greatest of all commandments. He was never god in the flesh. He did and said only what His Father told Him to say. In His own words, “I came only for the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Israel left the covenant and had to be restored. So, who is a Jew? We are all Jews only through Jesus Christ. If you reject Christ, then you are not a Jew.
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God." (Romans 2:28,29)
*Christ is the Promise fulfilled to Abraham. If you are in Christ, you are Abraham's seed. If you are in Christ, you are a Jew." I'm a Jew, you are a Jew.* If you reject Christ, how can you be a Jew?
Who are the Gentiles? Gentiles are pagans, heretics, unbelievers. Gentiles worship other gods( satan, and the other fallen angels). Pagans reject the Almight God/ Christ.
*The 1st of the 10 Commandments says,"Thou shall have no other gods before me."*
So, who are the jew-ish people? Are they really Jews?
Modern day occupants of Israel are not the true Isreal. I too use to believe that they were chosen by God also, because that was all I heard preached from the pulpits. Perhaps, some remnants of the true Isreal have decided to move back there later. However, the new occupants since 1948/1949 are not the true Israel. You must ask, what happened to the original occupants?
Judaism, like all other "isms," is not of God. It is a form of satanism.
So who are these people? Gentiles.
They converted to their own made up religion years ago, which is a mixture of Babylonianism and their own ritualistic practices; taking parts of the Old Testament Scriptures, and then merging it with the Babylonian Mystery Religions. Perhaps, they converted to their own religion of Judaism as a way to not displease their neighbors the Roman Catholism(who wanted all to convert to catholism or be destroyed), or their other neighbor, Islamism of the Ottoman Empire. So to not be the enemy of either neighbors, they invented Judaism as a way of escape.
Are they god's chosen people as in satan? Yes. Are they God Almighty's chosen people? No.
Didn't their Babylonian Talmud states that Christians are Idol worshipers because they call Christ Jesus, God? Didn't the Babylonian Talmud states that all idol worshipers including Christians are guilty and punishable by beheadings?
"The Talmud urges Jews to do a variety of harms to Christians, such as mur-der and theft, and teaches that each death of a Christian serves as a substitute for the temple sacrifices, which would then hasten the arrival of their Jewish messiah."
      (The Talmud Unmasked - Wikipedia).
If they want to be considered God Almighty's chosen people they have to abandon their Babylonian religion and come in by the only Way which is Christ Our Lord and Saviour. Until then, they are of their father the devil, and the devil's work they will do.
      The star of Remphan(satan).
Not all roads lead to the True God.
To get to God the Father, you must come through Christ.
All religions that deny that Jesus is the Messiah(the Christ), do not worship the True God.
If Judaism and all other religions are not serving God Almighty, then who is the god they serve? They serve remphan(satan).
      Who Is Antichrist?
2 John verse 7, KJV. "For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist."
1 John 2: 22, KJV. " Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son."
If you deny God's Son, he will deny and reject you. You are worshipping satan by default. Judaism is another form of Satanism.
Test the spirits, to see if they are truly of the True God-Yah, who rides on the clouds. God needs no star as His Image, because Christ represents Him, and Christ is God's Image.
It seems that those who worship the devil and his angels, must represent it by using the star, and other occult symbols.
The star of satan comes in many forms, and it symbolizes the worship of satan, in disguise.
See it as the pentagram, the masonic seal, the star of David, the seal of Solomon, see it in Rastafarianism, see it in Hinduism and Buddhism. See it as the Kagome Crest, the Swastika, the Kolob, the Catholic star of David on the popes mitre, etc.
All religious sects that uses this star, is worshiping Satan. True followers of Christ should reject these stars.
Truth is David, had no star.
Acts 7:43, KJV. " You also took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan. Images which you made to worship, and I will carry you away beyond Babylon."
Revelation 2:9, KJV. " I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of satan."
Revelation 3:9,KJV. " Behold I will make them of the synagogue of satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee."
I know we shouldn't focus on genealogy, because Christ’s Blood is most important.
The geneology of Genesis tells you who is who.
      Who are these people? Gentiles.
Even their own scholastic history books state that they are from the Japhethic lineage, and from Ashkenazi, and from the Khazars. Japheth is not Judah. Japheth is not Isreal. Japheth is not Hebrew. Ashkenazi and Khazaria are neither Isreal, Judah nor Hebrew.
It is written, "Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood. *The sons of JAPHETH; Gomer, and MAGOG, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras. And the sons of Gomer; ASHKENAZ, and Riphath, and Togarmah. And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish. Kittim, and Dodanim. By these were the isles of the GENTILES divided in their lands; everyone after his tongue, after their families, in their nations." Genesis 10:1-5, KJV*.
Shem's descendants are the Shemites/Semites-from this lineage you get the Hebrews- Abraham, Isaac, Jacob(Israel). From Jacob(also called Israel), you get 12 tribes, one of which is Judah. From Judah's geneology we get the Lion of the Tribe of Judah( Christ our Lord). Only Judah's descendants are called Jews, in English.
The Blood of Jesus( King of kings)will graft you in.
Galatians 3:28, " There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all *one in Christ Jesus*."
See Genesis for Shem's descendants, Genesis and Numbers for Jacob's descendants, and Mathew for Judah's descendants up to the coming of Christ in the Flesh.
Ham's descendants are the Hamites: From Ham you get Cush, Mizraim(Egypt/Egyptians), Put, Canaan, Nimrod who built the kingdom of Babel. Nimrod went to Assyria and built Nineveh. From Ham you also get the Philistines; even the Sinites are descendants of Ham; from Sidon to Gerar, to Gaza; even towards Sodom and Gomorrah. There are more tribes of Ham, but I can't type them all here. This is just a summary, see Genesis Chapter 10.
Has God forgotten about the true bloodline Isreal? No.
God knows who is who, if you read Revelation chapter 21, it speaks of the New Jerusalem( The Bride of Christ), and how she is built beautifully. Verse 12 says, "Also she had a great and high wall with 12 gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the Children of Israel."
God will gather the remnants of Isreal's descendants who have returned to worshipping Him only. He hasn't forgotten about the remnants of the 12 Tribes. He has always loved thee, oh Israel.
      I will repeat:
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female; for ye all are one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." (Galatians 3:28,29)
      So, who is a Jew?
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God." (Romans 2:28,29)

Negative perceptions of the Talmud are due to misinformation spread by antisemites and you should discard the unfortunate misinformation you have on the subject. Likewise, there is no relationship between Talmud and Zionism. In any event, classical Talmud study is reserved for serious Torah students and is a discipline taught in the higher institutions of Torah learning. It is not a study that should be undertaken without the guidance of an appropriate teacher and is generally included among the kind of study in which a non-Israelite sound not engage. There are portions relevant to the commandments of non-Jews that can be studied with the guidance of an appropriate teacher, but overall, no, I do not recommend a non-Jew study Talmud nor do I think it is included in permitted study (other than under exceptional circumstances I noted above).

    • @RabbiRafiMollot

How do you propose to do this? The biblical tithes are complicated, but portions of produce were given to the Kohen (priest), Levite (and poor) to support them since they did not have an ancestral portion in the Land of Israel to support them. This also only applies in the Holy Land at a time when the majority of Jews live in the Holy Land, arguably requiring the presence of all twelve tribes. The ubiquitous custom of Jews nowadays including in the diaspora is to offer a tenth of their income to an appropriate charity. So I'm not sure what you mean by offering a tithe "to God."
If a Noahide wishes to offer a tenth (or any portion) of his/her income to charity, this is certainly not only permitted but a fulfillment of their commandment to establish justice, as supporting charitable causes certainly is an expression of the values of just and upright morality that is the foundation of this commandment and its goal.

All these people offered staright to GOD not to charity.
So my concern is since many noahides nowadays are doing jobs where they earn only money instead of a harvest from the field, are they suppose to send one tenth of their monthly income to a Jewish religious institute in addition to giving to charity?
Or are they suppose to give only one tenth to the poor?

NOWHERE did God tell us to expect ANY FURTHER SCRIPTURES after Mt. Sinai, since He specifically told us that the words that He gave to us there are ETERNAL (i.e. STILL in effect and binding TODAY - a LIVING document!) and that we are NOT to follow ANY OTHER TEACHING than what is in those Hebrew scriptures. "Christianity" IS another teaching, therefore, we are NOT to follow what it teaches - God's orders! PLEASE do some honest research on this subject and learn from the Rabbis, as commanded by God in Deut. 17:8-11. In the absence of the Temple, the Rabbis are our spiritual teachers, since they have been studying the Hebrew scriptures all the way back to Mt. Sinai.
To receive the answers to your questions, please buy yourself a Hebrew Bible (says "TANACH" on the cover) and Rabbi Tovia Singer's 2-vol. set of books "Let's Get Biblical - Why Doesn't Judaism Accept the Christian Messiah?", which is an encyclopedic work that shows us the vast differences between Judaism and Christianity, and the multitude of ways in which Christianity has blasphemously raped and bastardized the original Hebrew scriptures given to us by God at Mt. Sinai.
Christians can BEGIN to study Tanach, when they truly desire to know what God said to us at Mt. Sinai, and they have renounced Christianity, which preaches AGAINST what God said to us at Mt. Sinai (as many thousands of us have already done).

The TORAH of HaShem YHUH, The Elohim of ISRAEL (which have been scattered throughout the nations) is given by Elohim for ALL to follow.
The Noahide laws are NOT the commandments given to Moshe which were given to a MIXED multitude that came out from EGYPT.
Elohim of ISRAEL is calling HIS PEOPLE to come OUT from the nations (the gentiles) and RETURN to Him. His RUACH is moving over the nations and He is calling us out. Jere 31:31-34.
He has made a way for us to return to become once more a HOLY SET APART people - HalleluYAH.

Theoretically, in a time and place where Jewish courts had the power to inflict corporal punishment, Maimonides codifies that there would be corporal punishment inflicted for this. However, nowadays that our courts do not inflict corporal punishment, there would be no penalty in an earthly court. Like just about any breach of religious law today, it is a matter between each individual and God.

I didn't watch your video past 40 seconds or so. I know that the name Jesus Christ makes all of you steam through your ears, but I will never stop declaring Him the Creator God that He is.
I find it so sad that Jesus wept so bitterly over Jerusalem, because of His own chosen people's rejection.
At the same time, if not for that rejection, I may not have had the chance at redemption myself, as a gentile. Jesus wept bitterly over all of you, and the remnant left when He returns will do the same when they see Him whom they pierced coming on clouds with great glory. 😭

However, a person who feels compelled may convert to Judaism and keep the 613 laws of the Torah. To begin this process one must first find a Jewish community (Orthodox) and a rabbi to begin teaching them toward conversion. This process is rigorous and can take several years.
