Stronghold Crusader 2 is the long awaited sequel to Stronghold Crusader, the original 'castle sim'. After 12 years Stronghold returns to the deserts of the Middle East circa 1189, with a new 3D engine and realistic castle destruction powered by Havok Physics. Might be cuz I'm kinda drunk tonight and/or i'm also from Germany like Tobi and Jan but before this video I watched like 10 vids on your channel cuz I just started playin crusader 2. Bryan James Hey. It's hard to say. Somtimes you need to upgrade more than the video card. Confront the recommended requirements for Stronghold Crusader 2 with you system specifications and see what needs to be improved and improve. :)

I don't have much time through the week to play any of those, and I'm not a big fan of stronghold crusader 2.
Mr NightMare 90% of shc 1 players aren't fans of shc2.
Because the game itself is nothing alike the first Stronghold or Stronghold crusader. They've made the game even worse than stronghold 3.
Than* And it's worse in every single detail. They've first replaced the 2D engine with a worst looking 3D engine. The computer lords look even more shit than the first stronghold crusader. The game is badly optimizied, my new laptop should run this game smoothly, while there is no fight I get around 80 fps but when there's a small fight between 5-10 units the fps drops down to 10 even with v-sync on. There are a few annoying bugs that don't really bother me but they're still there. There are no moats, no fear factor. All buildings require a massive amount of wood. I really wouldn't call this stronghold crusader 2 it's more like stronghold 3 with stronghold crusader units. Even though I don't like the game some experts like Dan zero and Dragonfire love it, and they've even developed an expert playstyle for it ''to rinse and repeat''
Spamming candle workshops, massive bread economies, creating a whole army of those arabian horse swordman and many more.
