you can mention company's values, their reports you read, employees you've met / networked with and great feedback they get online etc

You get to work with some of the nicest and smartest colleagues, IB's are very competitive environments so it is smart to assume you will be surrounded by special and hardworking people. You meet people from the most elite institutions in the world that are the best at what they do.
im a first year student studying maths and stats at Univeristy of Liverpool, and i have an interview for a summer internship soon and i cant lie im freaking out. Due to covid i havent been able to do a lot of the extra curricular activities i intended. ive joined but so far nothings happened. i have been doing online courses and stuff and i actually do invest in my free time but im just scared that thats too cliche. My interviewers recently sent email saying their cameras wont be on, and so i cant even read the room. Do you think they will ask me complicated investing questions, because so far my knowledge isnt amazing, its okay but im only first year. i hope it goes well

Hi.My age is 33.completed online BA Business Management degree in uk year 2021(with friends help).Earlier had A level from india back in 2008.After long wait of 12 years of pending Immigration cases(with restrictions on work,benefits),i wasn't study.Now i have visa to work and live freely in uk.i have no work experience and huge educational gap of almost 12 years.I am interested in joining Investment Banking in uk.how can i join investment banking with this educational gap + no experince and mainly Age over 33.what is best way to enter into front office investment banking.either masters degree or phd.any possible way for me.thanks
