Setting up Square Loyalty for your small business is made easy with Square.
For any size business retention of customers is cheaper than constantly bringing in new customers, giving customers the opportunity to be rewarded for the purchases they continue to make in your business.

Is there a video literally showing what happens on the POS when a loyalty customer makes a purchase. Is it card only? Or cash and card? Do they swipe a phone or just provide a phone number that the cashier types in somewhere or maybe there is a membership card? I can't find this information.

They check in on your Square Register using their phone number, or the Cash App if they have that.
