Thank you Marianne!...What do you think about sweepsurge compared to other loyalty programs you mentioned...using punch cards and coupons and discount codes businesses have to pay for punch cards to give out to customers?

I have heard about systems that integrate the cash register with loyalty programs. That sounds too costly for me right now. Also, I am unsure whether the CRM will appear too tedious for retailers. I am a manufacturer and would be happy for ideas.
Is it realistic to ask customers to send photos of their receipt with my product to get me to update their score of points? ... And ask the retailer to do the same when the customer redeems points so I could maintain the CRM alone?

Is there a way manufacturers can use a loyalty program app to keep track of points earned and spent that they (the manufacturer), the retailer and customer can all see?
I agree with customer loyalty. My friend and I, we always have argument about this topic. He thinks it's only for big companies and he cannot implement this to his business. I'm not an expert but can my friend apply this to his grocery store?

Absolutely Rupu! This can be applied not matter what size the business.
Here are a couple ideas for a grocery store: 1. Give the customers free cookies on Saturday mornings. 2. Create a small stand of produce that is free for Mothers with fussy children. 3. Create a customer loyalty punch card that gives them a $10 credit for every $100 spent.
What type of loyalty program would you recommend for a restaurant? I like the idea of the points program, but every now and then we like to update the menu to keep it fresh and modern and with that comes different pricing as well as items. So if I create a budget for one menu it won't necessarily apply to the other one.
Honestly the best way to gain loyalty from as a restaurant is to be the best at what you do. Think about the best restaurant in your niche and mimick what they do.

I am more interested in how the numbers look regarding offering the loyalty programs - bcoz in essence you are giving out products/services for free - which is an increase in expenses but how do we show the corresponding increase in revenue/sales???
