1.RUZ BUKHARI RICE 🔥
Ingredients:-
For Arabian masala:
7-8 green cardamom
6-7 cloves
1 black cardamom
1 tsp pepper corn
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp ginger powder or paste
4-5 red chili
1 inch cinnamon stick
Rice 1 kg ( 5 cups )
3/4 cup Oil ( you can use any oil you have)
3 Medium onions
350 g tomatoes or 4 tbsp readymade tomato paste
2 chicken cube
2 tbsp salt
250 g carrot ( 11/2 cup )
60 g resins ( 1/2 cup )
1/2 TSP sugar

11/2 kg chicken
11/2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp pepper seeds
1/3 cup hung curd
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder ( optional but recommended )
2 TSP salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp roasted kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp refined or mustard oil
oil for frying

I tried this today, both Bukhari rice and tandoori Chicken. At first I was a little skeptical and intimidated by the masala of the rice and fragrance while cooking.
But the final product…BOY OH BOY.
Couldn’t believe this was MY cooking.

I don’t think I will ever order restaurant tandoori chicken again. I never believed this could be done on a stove top actually, thought we needed a tandoor itself.
