I did a Whole 30, it’s 30 days without sugar, alcohol, dairy, grains. Never felt so good. Ate beautiful meat, fish, salads, vegetables, nuts,seeds and fruit as much of all as you like.

The hardest thing I have to deal with is my partner bringing junk home. It is relentless. I had successfully stopped sugar before but ever since meeting him it's back in full swing.
I spoken to him a thousand times but it doesn't work.

I weighed 92 kg and ate a lot of sweets and I ate meat.But when I went vegan.I lost the kilos,I weighted 52 kg so now I eat more nuts.But I eat alot of berrie dates,fruits now I weight 58-60 ,And I have no candy sweets etc desire any more,I lost it going vegan.And I have never eating so much as I eat now,before I always dieating. Iam so glad be a whole food vegan.And to be a junk food vegan.
Nothing I try to do cold turkey ever sticks. I'm doing much better now than five years ago...but it was a gradual process.

I Hi! Thank you for such great videos! I have become a whole food, plant based vegan a month ago. I feel physically amazing after having severe digestion problems my whole life and no one being able to fix me. I am exhausted and I’m not sure why. I take supplements . (Iron, zinc, calcium, b12, a digestive enzyme, omega 3, magnesium, ). I am going to bed at 10 and getting up at 5 with one interruption ( the bathroom ) . I’m walking 40 minutes a day, and a light work out with weights 4 x’s a week. Any ideas how to beat this extreme fatigue?
I have not had sugar in many months so I have eliminated that being a possibility.
just signed up to do the detox. can't get these 5-8 lbs off. no matter what i do. hope you can give me some tips. I love salt,, chips, cheese etc. Have completely given those up but i don't see a change. in menopause as well. i can stay away from sweets

They say it takes about 14 days to make or break a habit. So if you ditch sugar for a fortnight, then you are cured.
You said give up coconut oil...does that mean MCT oil too?
You can do a little MCT - but in moderation.

You have great content! I learned a lot from this video, as I need to cut out all of the bad sugars! Beware of the yoga, the poses are to foreign gods and the origin is demonic. Let's make sure that you are feeding yourself with all the nutrients you need. Loads of complex carbs is the key.
Sophie Uliano I am willing to try but having certain GI/IBS-like problems has led me to rely heavily on sugar and carbs so dropping them completely seems rather hopeless.
eat more FRUIT, whole raw fruit ..in smoothies with protein helps too. I dont process starch or processed refined sugar well, but raw fruit i do. I was told its a lacking enzyme thing...if i stop eating fruit, i crave unhealthy carbs
also lots of sprouted quinoa helps me too. I can't tolerate the taste of regular unsprouted Quinoa though.
Veggie Soup I have fructose intolerance which makes eating lots of fruit very difficult. Not having a gallbladder makes higher fat foods like dairy and meat difficult as well. This kind of restricted diet may work for some in ideal conditions but it’s not so easy if you have any kind of chronic gastric problems.
I want to quick sugar so bad. I think I'm worse than an crack addict. If I go cold Turkey I'm be in a mental institution.
Used to work in a 5 star hotel where staff got free buffet every day. Savoury and sweet. It was dangerous. Put on 10 kilos plus. Now working a job where we bring our own lunch. Much better.

@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen it was great. Saved alot of money. Got to take alot of food home too. Including bread, pastries, etc. Before they were thrown out. But too tempting to eat more when the food is free. Rich pasta dishes, roast meals, stir fries, lasagna, biryani, many desserts too. Whatever was left from breakfast pastries were brought to staff dining room. It was incredible. Staff very well looked after.
