You can order an MVR online from DDS. I used the Department of Driver Services & got a 3 year MVR

Hi, I was unable to see my states. Was there an alternate sight?
They do a 60/40 split they take 40 percent and you have to pay weekly to open force about $50.00 for cargo insurance.
I realize this video was posted just 1 month ago but I don't see a map on the site nor do I see even half of these locations in the career section of the site. In your experience with this company does that mean those locations are full or does it mean they no longer work in those areas? for example Texas and Missouri.
do you recommend going by a Sole Proprietorship or an LLC? I'm stuck in the sign up process bc I don't have either one. I know LLC for TX costs $300 and SP is free (but has all the risks). What do you go by for yourself?

You are an independent contractor. Set your own, unless you get a dedicated route.

You don't need a DOT if you driving a van under 10,000 pounds. The EIN I got it on the irs website free and fast. I just had approval for everything and went in to speak to them in their Atlanta marietta location . Got my badge and start this Thursday .

The issue is, this may say some states do this, in reality they do not. I've tried it the closest to me would be WA state. When u sign up it shows u what states are available, just because it shows it on the map doesn't make it true for everyone.

If you do not have an EIN you cannot move forward on the application
i get sharing info, but sometimes it does have a negative impact by saturating the market. That is the number one reason people are working harder and not making as much as they used to ie: UBER/LYFT. Sometimes keeping info from everyone looking for these opportunities will keep people from being pushed out or slowing down business for that app.
